How to make organic fish bone broth Paleo diet recipe

okay making fish bone broth super ultra healthy especially when you get fish fresh out of the ocean like these groupers so basically what I did is I bought about six pounds of fresh grouper heads from my local fishmonger you know they were cheap here like a dollar a pound full of you know nutrition protein and especially a lot of collagen tons of collagen now in the pot I have some carrots I have an onion I have maybe half a bunch of celery salt pepper maybe like three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and two fresh bay leaves and I'm just going to cover this up with purified water and I'm going to cook it outside because this is going to smell up the house like fish if I do it inside so I have a charcoal filter under my tap so this is purified water going in there if you don't have that I suggest to go to the store and buy maybe a couple of gallons of purified water or you know clean water tap water is probably not what you want to use if you're trying to get healthy ok so I have these on my induction cooktop so let's just turn this on all right so you're just going to bring this up to a simmer alright so this is what you want just a nice low simmer ok and you'll notice that all this drama and stuff comes up to the top so all you got to do is to skim that off I should smell this from my front yard that smells amazing and the more you skim it the clearer your broth is going to turn out it's not super important that you do but you at least want to skim you know the big foam okay so this has been in there now for just over an hour and it smells amazing unfortunately supplies also think that it's amazing folks is having the SWAT flies away for the last hour but I am soaking this outside and my house would not smell like fish so that still applies alright so what I'm going to do here is just get rid of the fish heads that meat there I could pick out if I wanted to but I'm not really interested I just want the bold rock just Illustrated to a pot or the garbage bag and straight from the garbage yes tonight we end up with this beautiful really good tasting fish bone broth okay now I'm just going to scoop it out and put it into a food grade plastic container okay and there we have it we have six liters of beautiful fish bone broth I'm going to children's in the fridge and I'm going to put it smaller containers freeze some of it it'll last me a long time alright now here are cooled it overnight and I was transferred it into 30 grams containers and you'll see it's like jello okay that's how it should be it's all gelatinous okay and that that tells me that you got all the collagen out of the fish and that's the more in the most important part of this bone broth so now these are going to go in the freezer maybe I'll keep a couple of them out and yeah I got one two three four five 32 ounce containers now for a family of four that should last about a week .

In this video you will learn how to make the least expensive and most affordable version of organic bone broth using fish heads. Most fish markets will sell you fish heads very cheaply, and some may even give them to you for free.

Fish heads yield a huge amount of collagen and nutrients, and if they were wild-caught, they are way cleaners and healthier than using land-grazing animals like cows.
