hey guys it's how to Tuesday we're sticking with the basics with salt and pepper prep we're gonna start off by looking at this kosher salt this is what I recommend using number one reason because the ingredients say salt alright there's nothing else I like diamond crystal for that reason and go with kosher salt all my recipes use it from there we're gonna use some whole peppercorns I'm gonna dump these into my spice grinder just like that throw it on here boom done okay so you got a little bit of an inconsistent grind but super pungent Wow awesome the reason why I don't use this thing is because it's not really sanitary a lot of times your hands are dirty or using it you can sound Manila all over it it's inconvenient alright it's not efficient so just grind this maybe you once a week or every couple weeks and that's still considered a fresh ground pepper compared to what you'd buy in a bottle that was ground like six months ago make sense so from there I just dumped it in here you can see I've got this one is ground up a couple minutes ago and my kosher salt there you have it guys again sticking with the basics on how to Tuesday with paleo Nick we'll see you next week .
