Paleo Cinn Chicken w/Jicama Fries & Paleo Bread™












hi paleo princess here with another great meal I've combined some warm spices to make this super tasty chicken dish with the side of jicama fries salad and Julian bakery coconut paleo bread the key to getting your chicken to have a rich succulent flavor is to marinate or better said brine the chicken you can brine it for just an hour to or for up to a couple days to brine you'll want to add 8 cups of water one bay leaf two whole garlic cloves 2 tablespoons salt 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns and about 2 to 3 pounds of boneless chicken breasts to a plastic ziploc bag and store it in the refrigerator once you're ready to cook them spread a mixture of 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon cinnamon a quarter tablespoon ground black pepper and 2 tbsp melted coconut oil on both sides of the chicken and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes on 400 degrees enjoy you .

I was looking for some new vegetables and roots and here comes jicama, all bulbous and rather unappealing looking. But I looked into it and jicama is very high in fiber, high in vitamin C, antioxidants and small traces of other vitamins like B complex and minerals. You really have to cook this root veggie quite a bit in order to get them to brown but once you do, they sing to your meal like a breath of fresh air; almost apple like in texture and taste and rather refreshing really.

Open Faced Egg & Prosciutto On Paleo Bread












hey everybody this is dan from Final Four life and I'm making breakfast today we're going to start off with some per shoot from applegate farms have it hand flying some organic olive oil just to crisp it up kind of different from bacon but we'll see how that comes out with this I got a couple eggs starting to cook also in olive oil and some napa cabbage and we're going to throw that along with some sauerkraut and an avocado on this great paleo bread which is gluten-free dairy-free green free gmo-free made with all great ingredients I love this stuff I have no issues consuming it it tastes great and it's made from the best stuff on earth coming to you from Julian bakery so good bread right there have a toasting in the toaster oven let's give it a flip using the broil feature today I can change it up how I cook my paleo bread alright so we will probably do like an open-faced sandwich I'll probably spread the avocado over the bread then put some per shoot some of the napa cabbage and then the eggs on top and we'll see how it comes out all right we'll be back in a bit ok so our bread is toasted up and all the other ingredients seem to be cooked up as well so I'm going to take some avocado spread it on the Paleo bread we have good fats in the avocado we have good fats from the almond in the Paleo bread and also have good fats in the olive oil in the egg yolks so this is a great meal right here cool we will take some of that lovely / shoot that we just cooked up a few pieces down throw us see how it will do the egg and what i did was i drew a quick line through it just so i can get one egg on each piece so we're going to do that that there's some napa cabbage that we cooked up in olive oil and I sure a couple cloves of garlic in there for more anti-inflammatory properties and then the little sauerkraut for some probiotic benefits and different flavors and then we're done I already put a little salt and pepper on the eggs and there we go all right so we have an open-faced sandwich with some applegate per shoot which is all-natural we have two eggs avocados some garlic some napa cabbage and did I just say sauerkraut so sour kraut so this all on top of two slices of very low calorie very low carb paleo bread and I'm about to enjoy so you can get the paleo bread through daily bread com or Julian bakery calm / paleo and while you're there check out all the other tons of Paleolithic items that they have foods cookbooks bars we've been doing a lot of reviews and everything has been wonderful and the ingredients are just the real ingredients so order it up and enjoy alright this is dan from primal for life good .

Paleo Panini With Almond Paleo Bread












what's up everybody it's dan from primal 4life making my breakfast I got some paleo butter in the pan which I picked up through Julian bakery calm slash paleo and we are going to crack a couple eggs right in there cook them up that paleo butter is delicious its nutritious and has the vitamin k2 in there along with vitamin A D conjugated linoleic acid and very tasty and just flat-out good for you and if you have any a lactose issues it's virtually lactose free due to the way that they make it so if you can't do dairy give this a shot I might agree with you so we're gonna cook up a couple eggs I have some defrosted almond paleo bread right there another Julian bakery hit it's a low carb tasty gluten and grain free along with GMO and soy free and anybody with an autoimmune issue or just being strict paleo that is the ultimate bread have some fresh tomatoes fresh red onion some fresh escarole from the farm and I'm gonna throw in some awesome crumbled goat cheese we're gonna go primal on here and I got this nifty panini maker that we're gonna try out it's warming up and basically I'm gonna cook my eggs over here i defrosted my paleo bread and then we're gonna combine it all finish it off in there get some nice grill marks and melt that cheese so let's finish this up and get it in the panini maker okay so I've assembled the sandwich I have the escarole on the bottom with you know the tomato the cheese and then I have the egg another layer of tomato cheese and escarole another egg which I split that double egg in half and then finally the same thing up on the top more veggies and cheese and we are going to put it in the panini maker right now and our panini press is activated we are cooking it up okay so I'm calling it quits right there it looks pretty good and I'm gonna take it off and serve so make sure you go to Julian bakery Tom slash paleo for the paleo bread paleo butter as well as the quantum pink salt which I didn't use to season up those eggs just a little bit terrific blend of two healthy salts and no anti-caking agents so check them out WWWE Bakery calm slash paleo alright folks so this is Dan from primal for life have a great day .
