Paleo Diet for Beginners - 3 Easy Steps to Starting and Staying Paleo

hey everybody is Jeremy founder of paleo living and every time I tell somebody about paleo they tell me oh my god is so hard maybe I've tried it before I've fallen off I just don't know how to get started well today's video I'm gonna give you a very quick 3 step guide to getting started on paleo that would not only help you get started but also help you stick to it so let's find out so the beauty of paleo and I'm really serious about this is that it's not just better for your bodies they just make you look better and feel better there's a great side of bags but it's also better for animals and the more important thing is it's easy it's really easy to stick to to start and to stick with step number one get rid of the junk that's right the junk in your house I'm talking about anything that comes in a box anything that comes in a bag guys you know what junk is you know if it doesn't look like a meat that look like a seafood a vegetable fruit it's junk it's not food and let me ask you this do you know what happens when you have junk in your house yeah you eat it that's right you're going to eat the junk if you have it in your house so if you've got into your pantry if you got in your closet and your refrigerator where you got it throw it away against throwing away because you don't want to lose the money and buy some of your friends over have a binge weekend I don't care get rid of it because if you're going to start paleo and you're going to make it work for you got to have the junk out of your house so after you get rid of the junk which is step number one step number two is to go out and buy some good food that's right it's shocking I know what you need to do get your little car walk to your little grocery store and find some actual good food meat seafood vegetables fruits you pretty much know what good food is without me even telling you doesn't come in a box doesn't come in a bag and that you put your produce or meat in a bag but that's what you got to do got to go out and buy some food because if you don't have good food in your house then tomorrow or the day after you're going to get hungry you're going to get tired and you know what you're going to do you're gonna eat the junk even if you don't have it in your house you're going to go out and find some of the junk because you're going to get hungry going to order some pizza whatever is so get rid of the junk buy the good food and you'll be well on your way finally step number three and this is probably the most important step got to get rid of the junk got to buy the good food but then you've got to plan your meals that's right you actually got to sit down write it down plan out what you're going to eat because this is what happens people start a Paleo diet they eat some food for a couple days and they're starting to feel better then you know what happens on the third day they don't know what to eat maybe they don't have any more food in their house maybe you're out with your work buddies or your friends at a restaurant and you don't know what thang you're going to eat and when you don't know what the heck you're going to eat you go back to the junk that's a recurring theme as you can see here coming back to the junk so plan out your meals literally sit down clean them out for a week write them down for a week write them down each night before for the next meal so you're going to eat that day however you can do it plan out what you're going to eat so that's all I got for today I did not cover which foods are paleo which foods are not because you kind of already know that and we got a bunch more videos you can find below and on our web site we've got a diet food list on our website they'll tell you every food this paleo every food that's not but it's really important that even without getting into those details that you just throw out all the junk you buy a bunch of good food so you're not going to be hungry and you plan out every single meal will really really make paleo a lot easier and get you started very quickly and in a sustainable way so as always let me know below in the comments what you think is the most important of these three steps do you think it's more important to buy a bunch of good food and have it around do you think more important planning meals let me know in the comments below click the like button below and share it if you think you have other friends who would like this video and right here there's a click to subscribe button helps us out a lot if you click that button also helps you out a lot because if you click that button will let you know every other video that we come out that will help you live a better and healthier paleo life .
