Paleo Tomato Egg Breakfast On Paleo Bread












good morning everybody this is damn it I leave em time of your life yeah and we're going to be making a breakfast sandwich this morning so we're going to start off with the one and only Julianne bakeries paleo bread this stuff is tasty and it's gluten-free and sky tree starts free does it have G we three dozen of GMOs yeah no way Jose it's got fiber which keeps you fuller longer it has only one carb low calorie and believe it's dairy-free yes dairy-free as well this is the stuff so we're going to throw two of these in our toaster oven we're going to get some eggs cooking and a nice thick slice of tomato with some sauerkraut for some added probiotics right there and some anti-inflammatories from the garlic okay so let's get this cooking up and we'll be right back ok so our paleo brand is all done nice and crispy turn off my burner eggs are done with likes slivered garlic and let's see how do I want to top this I'm going to put the camera down okay so thank you thanks for the spoon okay we're gonna throw let me do the egg first I'll do this yeah a little bit let's do it tomato second and I already salt and peppered it uh-huh using only the finest sea salt going your sea salt sauerkraut the love my sauerkraut super healthy for you just like the paleo bread just like the tomato and just like the locally raised eggs maybe I'll throw a little one just for a little there we go that's cool then want to over so and we'll get some of these little garlic chunks I'm going to leave it off just for the photo so let me put them down at the camera there we go so we have a paleo bread coconut flavor sandwich with two eggs sauerkraut tomato and one clove of garlic some salt and pepper and that's it we have a super healthy breakfast very easy to make and as we stated before low carb high in fiber now GMOs no dairy no gluten and no soy so this is phenomenal for breakfast and I'm gonna dig in and I'm sure Ali's going to want to bite so we will see you soon make sure you order up your bread from Julian bakery calm / paleo and check out all their other fine products that will keep you full happy and healthy all right folks have a great day this is dan rival for life you .

How To Make Paleo Croutons Recipe w/Paleo Bread™












hey folks this is dan from prime of her life it's lunchtime we're trying to make a super healthy salad with some fish plantains croutons are bacon in the oven and a spinach and kale salad with some fermented ginger carrots so what I'm doing so I'm using this stuff right here a little spice little kick paleo powder you can get it from Julian Baker e.com tastes great you can put it on meats and fish and all sorts of stuff like that even veggies I'm trying it on bread so right in here we've got a slice of Julian bakeries paleo bread it's the almond flavor I'm pull it out so you can take a look at what I did through a little olive oil on it and some of that paleo powder and I'm baking it up I'm going to make some croutons out of that I have some plantains with cinnamon so it's a little sweet and spicy going on the ginger carrots again a little more flavor and some good probiotics good bacteria Nathan stuff and last piece of my arctic char which I picked up yesterday so we've got a whole plethora of flavors and good fats for mint fermented foods nutrients from the greens and plantains with some good cinnamon on it cinnamon is also another another benefit of that is the blood sugar stabilization just like the paleo bread cinnamon also does similar effect so cinnamon and paler bread together will work wonders all right we'll be right back once this is assembled okay so we're putting on the finishing touches on our salad here fish salad paleo croutons from Julian bakery plantains encrusted with cinnamon and some ginger carrots a little olive oil and I really like apple cider vinegar lots of health benefits with that stuff and there we have it so it's a spinach and kale arctic char salad with plantains and paleo croutons almond bread croutons works for me and I can't wait to dig in all right folks this is another Julian bakery creation brought to you by primal for life my name is Dan and you guys have a good you .

Good afternoon!!! This is Dan from Primal4Life showing you the path to Paleo, with Julian Bakery Paleo Bread™ tagging along for the ride to healthy-town. Wanting to use up the remainder of my arctic char in a tasty manner, I decided to make a salad out of it. Sweet and spicy came to mind... Recently we used Paleo Powder on a grass-fed steak, and it really enhanced the flavors of the steak! Today I wondered how I could bring it to life with this lunch. Spicy croutons! But not any croutons, these are croutons made from the healthiest stuff on the planet. Almonds! Did you know that cinnamon-glazed almonds were President Clinton's snack of choice at both the 1993 and the 1997 inaugurations? Well, if these spicy croutons were around back then I think he would have changed his preferred snack!
This salad has a quite a variety of flavors, colors and nutrients. Kale and spinach speak for themselves, but what does fermented ginger carrots have? Fermentation... Good bacteria... It's alive! We all need good bacteria, and what's in fermented foods helps us out tremendously. Our gut, our immune system, fighting off Candida, the list goes on and on. Next up are plantain slices with cinnamon. Yum! And, cinnamon helps with blood sugar stabilization, just like Paleo Bread. The lack of wheat, which can spike blood sugar more than candy, is key here folks... Do not underestimate the power of the almond (or coconut)! Finally we have olive oil, coconut oil, all good stuff that give this meal that extra flavor (and nutrition) we all want.
Ingredients:
• 1 slices of Paleo Bread™ -- Coconut or Almond

• Fish (your choice!)
• ½ Plantain
• Cinnamon to sprinkle on plantains
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Paleo Powder to sprinkle on Paleo Bread™

• Handful of spinach
• Handful of kale
• 2 tablespoons fermented ginger carrots
• Salt & Pepper
• Apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1) Slice plantain and place in frying pan with coconut oil
2) Sprinkle cinnamon on plantain slices
3) Place fish in frying pan with coconut (or olive) oil, being careful to turn when ready.
4) Salt and pepper fish to your liking.
5) Insert Paleo Bread™ -- Coconut or Almond into toaster oven for 5 minutes.
6) Wash and rinse spinach and kale, place in large bowl.
7) Remove bread from toaster oven after 5 minutes, lightly coat both sides with olive oil and Paleo Powder.
8) Put bread back in toaster oven for 10 minutes to toast well.
9) Flip/check plantain slices, add more cinnamon if needed.
10) When toast, plantains and fish are complete, add them to your salad along with ginger carrots.
11) Finish salad off with salt, pepper, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

The croutons were crucial; it gave the salad a nice crunch which I haven't experienced in years. Yes, I was a croutaholic, but learned my lesson and steered clear of them for health reasons. Spicy Primal Chicken Sandwich With Paleo Bread








everybody this is Dan for problem for life and we are having a chicken sandwich tonight we're going to make a spicy chicken sandwich with some broccoli rabe in between some coconut paleo bread so I started out a dry rub here which i coded my chicken with started off with two tablespoons of the coconut secret raw coconut crystals this is the best sugar alternative I got it from Julian bakery it's organic gluten-free unbleached GMO free and vegan approved very good stuff we use it once in a while with baking and this recipe we're going to sweeten up a little bit with that next I used let's see some paleo powder got two teaspoons of the paleo powder this is a great spice blend and works well with just about anything then we have half a teaspoon of paprika half a teaspoon of the cumin and a half a teaspoon of the garlic powder and I also threw in some Himalayan salt in there as well about a half a teaspoon of that as well so that Himalayan salt oh thanks babe we got through Julian bakery it's the Sun food superfoods Himalayan crystal salt fine himalayan crystal saw this is great stuff it actually has nutrients in it it's not bad for you has 884 trace minerals and this is very very very good stuff so we've been enjoying that so yeah three products right there one two three from Julian bakery along with their paleo bread and I start grilling up this chicken and we will be back soon okay so we have finished up our spicy chicken sandwich with the broccoli rabe cooked with paleo bread we got the coconut secret raw coconut crystals as well as a paleo powder and I melt it in some carry gold yannick grass-fed cheese in there so we got a primal sandwich here I got some veggie some great healthy fat chick in the dark meat right Ally and we have these great pickle in there too so make sure you check out Julian bakery calm / paleo for the products mentioned in this post and go and check out their raps to that just were released .

Easy Paleo Bread Recipe








hi this is Diana with real healthy recipes calm welcome to the rhr kitchen today let's talk about bread now I know a lot of you are gluten-free and you've given up grains and you love it but there are those days when you just really want a piece of bread in your life a lot of the recipes out on the internet for gluten free grain free bread they turn out kind of like hard hockey pucks and it's not that fluffy nicely rounded loaf of bread that we're used to and so I've actually done a lot of experimentation and I have come up with a surefire recipe for almond bread as you can see it's a full loaf of bread and it turns out fluffy and delicious every time so let's go through the steps here's what you need 5 cups almond meal or for wider bread is blanched almond flour 1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda 1/2 a teaspoon of sea salt 6 eggs 2 tablespoons of raw honey 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit generously grease a loaf pan with coconut oil in a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl whisk eggs then add honey and vinegar add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix until fully combined fill your prepared loaf pan smooth the top of the dough bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown .

Slow Cooked Rump Roast On Paleo Bread








everybody it's dan and rach from primal for life and we are making a slow-cooked rump roast except we didn't use a rump roast could we use babe charles chuck roast and we already made no are making well it's still in the crock pot smells delicious and looks awesome and we're going to turn this into a great paleo sandwich with the wonderful paleo bread coconut flavor so we got the ONG that's paleo cookbook which is one of our favorite cookbooks from Julie Bauer we got this from Julian bakery com in their paleo section and cook this up so get the meat we have some chicken broth organic of course some onions some garlic mushrooms salt and pepper and of course we are using the quantum pink salt from Julian Baker eat is one of my favorite salts ever a nice blend of two great ones healthy salts i should add along with some garlic powder some onion powder paprika and some coconut milk and you pretty much we throw it all together yeah in the crock pot in the crock pot you got six to eight hours and that's it and as julie says then you eat it holy moly that was easy so the hardest we've already shredded the meat already so like our roast is all shredded and it's got the sauce all in it and Dan's gonna pile this high on some coconut bread some paleo coconut bread cool and devour so I'm going to get that out toaster oven right now and assemble so here's our slowcoach rump roast with our paleo bread all hooked up and we have a side of garlic broccoli rabe that Rachel sauteed as well also using the quantum pink salt on that and don't forget you can get your Paleo bread for Julian bakery com hey Lou bread calm and it's the only bread that I will consume because it has no GMOs no grains no gluten no soy none of that stuff which bothers me and my autoimmune condition which is getting way better by the way but I still don't want to take any chances I have taken chances even like a year ago and that was about a day on the couch so not worth it this is totally worth it go for the almond and coconut paler bread delicious nutritious and no autoimmune flare-ups so if you also suffer from autoimmune issues or leaky gut or just celiac or any of that stuff that's what you want all right so check out Julian bakery calm / pillow for those products and for the ong that's paleo cookbook tons of great recipes this one looks like a winner alright so this is dan and rach from primal for life have a great day .

Primal Egg Cheese Breakfast Sandwich On Paleo Bread








good morning this is dan from primal for life and I'm going to be making a breakfast sandwich so we're going to go for something low calorie today I'm just going to do an egg tomato and cheese on coconut paleo bread that is these stuff right there love it it's my favorite one out of their full lineup and as you can tell if you've been watching my videos I eat this stuff constantly I have no issues even though I do have some autoimmune concerns so thankfully the stuff is made from all great ingredients it's high fiber low calorie low carb it's made with coconut flour it's just delicious and I find that the more than i toasted the more I like it so that's a little tip for you out there alright so I'm just going to start getting this stuff together and we'll be back shortly okay so as you can see little changeup I threw a little romaine into the mix so we got remain a tomato and some sheeps cheese and then our egg is complete which I just salted with some sea salt so let's put this one together shall we they'll burn in myself so it's a very simple meal locale lots of vitamins and nutrients good fats non-gmo got some organic tomatoes and all good stuff so there we go cool so yeah looks good nice all different colors represent representing all the different kinds of nutrients and vitamins that we kind of want and some healthy paleo bread coconut love it I can't wait to dig in all right so this is another Julian bakery primal for life special make sure you check out Julian bakeries full lineup of products their paleo section is just expanding like crazy and check them out alright have a good day this is dan from primal freely you .
