Chicken Spicy Cake: Paleo chicken cake : macros included

Chicken spicy cake is a very tasty recipe and an excellent evening snack. It is a gluten free chicken cake, a good protein source , low carb very filling.
Actually I have tried a vegetarian spicy cake and gave a try in oven. It was awesome!! And tried this recipe without oven and wanted share with you. Try this recipe and let me know your feedback on this.

Ingredients:

150g minced chicken
3 eggs
1 Tblsp coconut oil or olive oil
1/2 Tblsp butter
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chicken curry powder
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tblsp chopped coriander leaves
salt

Direction:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paster and coriander leaves.

Add chilli powder, chicken curry powder and salt, stir well.
Add the minced meat and stir.
Cover with a lid and cook for 2 mins.

Meanwhile in a bowl combine eggs, pepper and salt together and beat well.

remove the chicken masala from the stove and combine with the egg mixture.

And add a Tblsp of coconut flour or plain flour into the egg chicken batter to make it thicken.

Take a deep pan and add butter , heat it over low to medium heat.
Pour the chicken batter into the pan and keep it for 12-15 min. at low heat to avoid over cooked or burnt, cover with a lid.

Once done take a plate and turn the pan upside down on the plate to change the side. Then again flip the cake into the pan again.
Cover and cook for less than 2 mins.

Now remove and flip the cake from pan to a plate and cut it into triangular shapes of pieces.

Serve and enjoy!!!!!!

It can be a meal, an evening snack, a item in a party menu...

Absolutely delicious chicken patties and apt for lunch boxes... Take this simple recipe and enjoy the new flavour !!!

Ingredients:

400 gm minced chicken
1 Tblsp coconut oil for fry
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 medium onion chopped
2 Tblsp chopped coriander
2-3 green chilli chopped
1 Tblsp chicken Tandoori msala powder
1 Tblsp coconut flour / Almond flour
salt as we required

Direction:

In a large mixing bowl combine minced chicken, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, Tandoori masala and salt blend well with a spoon.

Add egg and fold it nicely until it coated well with the chicken mix.

Add coconut flour or Almond flour to make the mixture thick.

Divide the mixture into small portions and make each part as a small flat patty.

In a frying pan pour a small amount of coconut oil and shallow fry the patties.

Once the bottom side of the patty turns golden brown then flip it to brown the other side.

Better cover and cook the patties.

Serve hot with some green salad and mayonnaise or ketch up.

A delicious simplified method to make chicken soup. I used naatukozhi for this recipe which is the best for soups.

Ingredients:
300-350g chicken with bone
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Salt
Coriander leaves

To grind :
10 shallots
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp pepper
11/2 inch ginger
4 garlic

Direction:

Grind the ingredients coarsely and keep it aside.

Clean, wash the chicken, better take chicken with bone.

Combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker including the ground masala, with 4 cups water, approximately 800ml

Cook over medium high heat for 1 whistle then medium low for 4 whistles.

Garnish with a handful of coriander leaves and serve.

Most coffee lovers could not giving up their coffee, its really a difficult part and also many hate to drink black coffee though they do drink. I feel this recipe is a gift for those coffee lovers for sure.
Coconut milk coffee recipe I have given is a flavoured low carb coffee.
Instead of using milk you can substitute coconut milk. Very tasty and wonderful coffee I have ever had.
I used home made coconut milk and freshly brewed black coffee in this recipe.
Ingredients:
200ml coconut milk
1 cup hot black freshly brewed coffee
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
A small pinch of cinnamon powder
Direction:
Keep the coconut milk over night or for few hours to separate the cream.
Remove the cream and transfer to a bowl and stir.
Add vanilla essence and cinnamon powder and mix well or blend it in a blender.
Take a thin hot black coffee freshly brewed.
Mix the coconut milk mixture into the coffee , stir with a spoon.
Sprinkle ltl cinnamon powder on top and enjoy your drink.

This Lemon cheese cake contains no sugar & no gluten and apt for Paleo / Keto / LCHF dieters

I tried this cake for the first first time few months before, and I started loving it. Now it became my regular dessert even my children liked it very much.

The flavour of lemon zest is an awesome one.

A must try recipe!!!

Ingredients:
200g cream cheese
3-4 Tbsp whipping cream
11/2 Tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest from 1 lemon
1 tsp gelatine (optional)
for the base:
1/2 cup walnut
1 -2 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp butter
method:

Mix gelatine in 2 Tbsp of water and keep it aside.

Grind the walnut coarsely, mix with coconut flour and butter.

Line a small cake tin with parchment paper or take paper cups, fill the mix as a base for the cheese cake, press it nicely with a spoon and keep freezing for 10mins.

In a bowl combine all the ingredients and whip it for a while.

Garnish with lemon zest and keep in fridge for overnight or 2-3 hrs in freezer.

Remove and enjoy!!!

2 Tblsp butter (30 gm)
1 Tblsp coconut oil ( 15ml)
3 drops vanilla essence
Direction:
Mix butter and coconut oil into a cup of hot coffee and mix up with a hand blender or mixie. Oil does not mix with water without some force.
So combine all three ingredients in a high-speed blender for about 20 seconds, until the drink takes on a frothy, foamy consistency.
Add few drops vanilla essence to enhance its taste.
Enjoy!
