my goal is to make it not as bitter you know I went to Sam's Club I had the option that he's buying two drives and Hillman's but that's like hopping on the treadmill when you can be doing hill sprints you know what I'm saying you follow me I was looking at price different so it's kind of battling is like you know I don't want to feed these guys a bunch of soybean oil I'm hooking them up so here's what's happened the male Namal ish Jason was recording me and now he's gonna take what I taught him and do his first batch of mail ever let's rip it up you ready yep we're three in the - great to meet you I watched I started Billy Howard yeah there's always afraid of doing that because of the shell factor okay so now we got some mustard powder tablespoons all right whole lemon going down more later just put happen Oh see I did the whole lemon we just thought but the thing is that the lemon of babies in general we gotta get it going yeah it's hitting that seat alright I tell you about a four account or on or off yeah that's exactly that's exactly overlooking for what hot so okay so starting to kind of like go-go-go-go fire bottle beautiful three pinches two pinches there's been no girls in any of the videos yeah so they know it's okay I'm just four guys everybody else oh that's good .

Chorizo Sunrise - Paleo Cooking with Nick Massie












okay guys last video of the day we're fired up and we're going to finish with a breakfast so if you're looking to start your morning strong from your biceps to your thighs come right back for our sure reason sunrise fit pay the up Kelly go ahead and fire up that burner what we're going for here your Therese Oh sunrise it's going to look like a Sun when we played it okay so I got a sweet potato we're going to pull the skin off just roast this off cooled it so that it's still it's not like falling apart I'm going to cut out an angle as possible what we're done we lay these out on the plate you see how bunch of those two the quickest on so here let's get some oil in there alright so these are in all we're looking to do is kind of caramelize that bottom layer we'll flip it over to make sure they're heated through but as they're in the pan we might push them and just make sure that there's some oil between the sweet and the pan and maybe have a little pinch of salt and pepper as well beautiful look at this girl we got a spoon down there then ski and into here we're going to throw together a quick little block about here let's check these bones we go we'll turn it down now you can see it's a little dark so not too dark yeah like that I'm going to go ahead and finish flip them and then kind of roll into the oil there you go are you want to go ahead and roll that lime out for me I get a little red iron going and then how about in the morning do you track like your macros in your breakfast and use this fattier meal or it is actually my fattiest meal it's almost always a eggs egg white some gluten free toes or some oatmeal a cup of fruit and then eggs what you do there how many eggs egg white I'm one to two eggs and then three to five egg whites depending on today and depending on what I'm doing with them but and then if you want to squeeze it in here and it feeds in mine typically not okay grab little bigger suppose it and start mashing this up on this tomato here took a soma cut this on a watery Center Punto here would do that yeah I don't think that posting salt hello's in cilantro everything I'll do that's good I will step out of five now is where the are cheaper comes in so I'm just going to give this is good placement so we want the out side you see how that's the outside angle yep that makes sense looks like that now let's turn this back on the trees on there it's thrown in there yeah perfect there's plenty of fat in there right so the edge of fat renders that'll provide that we call the cooking agent and again it to be a high fat meal we cook these in olive oil side in there and then we're going to finish the walk but it's no good good okay once about halfway cooked maybe two minutes he's going to crack the eggs right into the pan and then I want you to try to make them look as scrambled as possible by the external up crazy yeah okay now let's talk about Ice Age meals awesome meals right yeah this one and this is one of them right for the most part we serve it over sweet potato or yam we'll fry it like this which roasted looks a little bit lower fat but a great way to start the day huh yeah and or my favorite breakfast meal make a pile the middle we don't want to cover up our sunrise if you can help it okay we have some of our sausage of pote lay at the recipe for that on the site we have some happen to have some on hand so we're going to use that give a little round about a little more moisture and then use the whole avocado so maybe a quarter of what's in here a little bit less it on top how's that okay guys our Torino sunrise with Kellie Jackson thanks for being here works great for meal prep or breakfast any day of the week so get out there give this one a try and as always we're here helping you keep it video .

Clean Breakfast Paleo












good morning I wanted to show you my DIY so first I'm making this Friday morning so whether or not that is something you would like to eat I don't know but this is something I'm going to do to get a vegetable with my protein for my low carb breakfast I don't know how that looks to you I'm gonna call this baba ghanoush thanks Lokar I'm just going to find other ways to enjoy the ingredients that go with spread the time okay so I'm heating my coffee here in this percolator I've had this percolator since my twins were maybe two years old I just love it it's been here with us for so long and I'm so the coffee is getting hot it's percolating so I can turn it off I'm adding some unsweetened cashew milk into my cup I've already added it and I and using this sweet cup I got from the Dollar Tree coffee tastes better when shared so I'm sharing my morning coffee with you HOT I love this pot I had to save my twins from burning themselves when they were very little oh look at my eggs it's ready it's all ready okay I need some more of this caching nope there's no I put a little in but not enough so I love non-dairy milk because the doctor told me no dairy he said I can't exercise then I have to practice clean eating and there's my egg how does that look eggs with eggplant whoo I think there's a little bit stuck Japan but I'm gonna scrape it out and add it to my I love eggplants meat on the bag I wanted to eat it but I I can't eat it with bread job I used to now okay this then is my breakfast I have added some avocados right now picados take the place of cheese for me I this is my way of getting over dairy it's adding the ripe avocados to my meals that way I don't miss the cheese and I got these some jalapeno slices from Dollar Tree few days ago had them in the fridge I'll just add some here for some spice and this is my go-to vegetable booster my it's pico de gallo well it has it is roma tomatoes yellow onions jalapeno peppers and fresh cilantro I don't know if the camera will focus for you but that's what it's got in it you might get it from Kroger in the fresh produce department so this is a Whole Foods condiment if you love Whole Foods what you like condiments this is this is a pretty good option and it's my preferred option actually you have a drink of my coffee mmm it's coffee with cashew milk it's so good it's unsweetened cashew milk because I am also avoiding sugar because of being unable to exercise due to health problems I am eating sugar free bread free dairy free very few grains of any kind really hmm hmm my breakfast is so good I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything because I'm losing weight and I'm eating really good amounts of food but it's just that it none of it is processed I use fresh cracked black pepper and some sea salt too of course the cashew milk is processed but it is non-dairy hmm all right banana is the only dessert I like to eat only fruit I like to eat I mean I don't like any acidic fruits just these sweet ripe bananas YUM this is so good I got a little bit of everything on my fork a little pico de gallo a little egg a little of my eggplant a little avocado and a little bit of jalapeno mmm so good mmm eggplant it tastes sweet because it's been cooked on the grill outside hole with the skin still on and I left the skin on and joy was ready to open it in and heat it up with my egg then I cut it open and scooped it out every Friday I cook about three chickens and a dozen hamburgers and some vegetables on the grill so we have it to eat on the weekend I think one day I want to make a video just the grill with just my grill because that is a fantastic handmade grill an old man and and his extended family build those grills in a shop here in Memphis mmm I can't stop eating this it's so good mmm and this is my non-dairy non processed cheese when the kids were little they couldn't say avocado so we told them it was green cheese when we told him it was green cheese they ate it up yesterday still we'll call it green cheese hmm hmm I need to slow down I'm gonna finish it too fast that's something I've noticed that I eat way too fast I think it's a throwback to growing up on a farm as the oldest child in a family of nine and having to hurry up in with eager meal and get on with the farm chores and for harvesting the farm crops and anytime sometimes it was tobacco in the summer raising tobacco in the summer and then when it got brown and cured didn't we'd spend the cold November and December months working to strip the tobacco and to strip the leaves off the stalks and tying them up in bundles and I think that we learned to eat fast so we could get on with our livelihood making our living and my grandfather and one of my uncle's I think all of them were they ate fast and I never remember them really sitting around and enjoying their meals they would eat and hop up and go back to work and I think it's because the farm work is so fast-paced and it is dependent on you so you eat your meal as fast as possible so you can go back to earning your living but I am no longer on the farm I no longer have to eat fast because I no longer have to get back to the harvest harvesting the crops and taking care of the animals and get everything done before it gets dark again at night it was of course something there were days when we had fun playing in the woods and stuff but that was when you were smaller and the only day we got to play other than Sunday's was it was pretty much only on Sundays that we got to go play after we got a little older and if it was a holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving or or Good Friday or something like that we would get a day off from the farm chores but even one of those days there were certain chores we had to do like we had to feed the animals and make sure they got water and so a farmer has a very fast-paced schedule if he depends on farming for his livelihood and the whole family has to help every 20 food lives there has to contribute or they won't be successful you know it's so good I am no longer able to eat farmers food as a farm farmer farmers child we eat a lot of bread and carbs and nobody got obese some people were overweight only a very few people who had unusual health problems will become obese but most of them work hard enough that they can eat like a eat like a farmer and not not get fat but I'm not able to move like I did back then so I can't keep like I did back then I had to change it up and it's okay this is what I'm eating is so delicious mm-hmm very delicious if everyone could it tastes what I'm eating I think it wouldn't be hard to convince most people to stop eating processed food it's very good which hard to keep up mayonnaise that's my one thing but I'm working on it mmm so good still working on my coffee time for dessert my very pure unprocessed North sugar added grain free dessert mmm-hmm perfect ending to a delicious meal and this of course is my water cup from Dollar Tree my little mason jar water cup I keep it in the refrigerator so my water gets chilled that my friends is the end of my breakfast I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did thank you for watching good Breakfast For You or Your Crew - Paleo Cooking with Nick Massie








I'll write panty Oh Nick here early morning we're getting started on some cooking videos today and we're hungry so we need some fuel we're gonna throw together a quick breakfast so come along with me and let me be your guide to culinary fitness a trade up a half-sheet pan of bacon I just have a piece of parchment paper under it and oven preheated to 375 degrees while that's baking we're gonna prep out these veggies and make some poached eggs and I'm just going to start by breaking the woody bits off the end of the asparagus spears just like that where they break that pretty much tells you where you want to cut them veggies all prepped out saute pan preheated to about 350 degrees throw some olive oil in there to get it started we're just going to start by toasted off our garlic quick .
