Heres what you need:

2 Lb Organic Chicken Breasts
1/2 Tsp garlich powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Lemon Squeezed
1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
1/4 Cup-1/2 Cup of Avocado Mayo

Start by combining chicken, seasonings, and stock into your slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Remove chicken from liquid and combine with the juice from half a lemon, 1/4 cup -1/2 cup of mayo and add more seasonings. you could also add celery seed and turmeric for more depth of flavor. I just wanted to keep this simple for you all.

If you have ever been to the store to get a pint of chicken salad you will realize too things... its full of crazy unhealthy ingredients and additives, and its crazy expensive.
