hey guys Stacey with the kitchen of youth here I want to tell you about a product that I found because it's not often that I find something that's instant and to go that I approve of the ingredients for and that you all like the taste of and everybody I have tried this on and tested it out on myself my family my friends my willing clients everybody loves this stuff it is the first instant paleo meal to go that I have found it is great for travel great for lunches somebody even told me they gave it to their kid for school lunch and that was an awesome idea all you have to do is carry one of these bags with you your little two they're not big they fold up put hot water in it actually the bag says prefer my water I don't even know if you need hot water add water seal it up wait a couple of minutes and you eat it they are unbelievable there it ones for dinner with actual meat and vegetables that taste like meat and vegetables there are breakfast ones with fruit nothing has grains everything is organic and natural two seconds to make it and they're packaged yeah I know I sound like a commercial but I like these try them wilds are foods bye-bye .

it says big in free right and I bought it it said no GMO corn syrup Turkish big right so I'm like perfect no this is like not big these are big pops this will look like a big pop I mean that you can see these pumps but nothing that I read the soft baked real big palpable baby but I liked it even so today I want to pull out mine when I tell her things these have a whole wheat flour sugar tapioca syrup which is another sugar corn syrup canola oats wheat flour all kinds of chemicals caramel color chemical I mean since unbelievable I thought it was fakes hmm I'm great we're gonna use peaches but yesterday I have to tell you that local health food store had peaches so what we're gonna do first is today we're making this is actually fun and you know I'm using the Capello's naked crust but you can actually I'm just not gonna turn the oven on right away just because I get so hot um you can actually use I use ground sausage this is links but I use ground sausage as pizza crust ooh so if you don't have like an already made you know there's obviously cauliflower requests this is more like a real pizza crust but you can also you don't need ground meat like you cannot spread anything into shape in the pizza put toppings on it so that times I put so I make sausage in the shape of the pizza and put exactly what we're doing pretty much on top of it so if you don't you know you're not fortunate enough to have like a Capello's like this you can also just use sausage or like grab me and then just put toppings on it you know it's actually but I didn't like the sheep with a heat sensor vitale I have to say pizza was one of the hardest things for me to give up of all the things that I stopped eating pizza definitely was the hardest which is I just wasn't really it took me a really long time so what I'm gonna put on the pizza is we can make this because we already made a nut cheese or you can do like I like to do just this because that much better job kite Hill makes cream cheese that's made out of nuts and ricotta cheese they were out of the ricotta but it literally is like a cream cheese so that's what we're gonna we're gonna use this on it and I'll show you how so it literally gym cream cheese Joe and where you aren't yet so literally is like cream cheese I'm going on the pizza we're also going to saute some mushrooms and onions with fresh rosemary then we're gonna put some Italian sausage and some peaches stick it in the oven and that's going to be our pizza and it's going to be delicious so we'll have mushrooms and onions great antioxidants and sulfur rich it'll have herbs fresh rosemary you could use any herbs you want again I was gonna use figs but since I don't have things I'm using peaches and we'll cut those up let me just get creative but that's that's what we're gonna put on the pizza and then we're gonna make chia pudding which I already made last night just so that you can see a done version is nested show a little bit but must I'll make one today so you can see it and what we're going to do is make preserves and I have the CBD nut butter which actually Colleen said she does have delicious it is so normally I would use fresh but the only reason why I'm not is because my freezer is stocked full of frozen vegetables cause I was afraid of a supply chain issue when we first went down quarantine so like I never had frozen vegetables they've been in there since like March so they're getting a little that I need to eat them so this is just the berry blend of frozen veggies that I throw in here and I recipes for all the stuffs you want to write up this is probably about two cups maybe that I have in here so what I'm going to do is I'm just going to turn that on just low and just let them start getting wonderful and you know you can really add again you're probably like I'm Jana sweetener because those people are used to jellies and fruits that have you know sugar so if you just serve it to them this way they're like oh you know they want a little extra sweet so what I do is I put a little date children it's the low glycemic load it's a delicious sweetener and it's just from dry ground dates and I'm going to use this in some mushrooms and really whatever you want you know a lot of people said you know I try and buy what I believe to be you know a lot comes to crazy fat but I had genetic testing done you can't can't run from genetic testing and my genetic testing said no coconut oil and that myelin boom yeah so because my body and then a jar in my kitchen so again I'm really generous with the fats just because and just try to turn them on medium it's so interesting how a message and how really stress is you can cut these tell everyone you know that may not have been on the however you mind your on used to be that's what about the most reduced you on a mushroom junkie I love you get any kind of mushrooms I just got these that looked good at the store and again you can cut them anyway boy I'm just waiting for them to get more goals in the onions but you certainly good I'm just starting to mix this the way Capello's actually do this is they want you to flip whilst in the oven 400 425 so here's Road I'm pulled off the stand there doing a light chop nothing fancy and I'm gonna add it to the onions and mushroom and you guys know I love resin resin reels and this is just a random real spot gonna throw that in there I'm a Salter I mean not much you know I don't solve this annihilating I saw the key what I think everybody else's money and then both black peppers these are organic spices you know it's best we can well I don't get how much one there's a couple friends from Trader Joe's I like that are in organic I think there's a little bit of spice and I'm putting on things can't be all that off okay so these are strong I'm gonna turn the food up a little one way anymore exactly sparks or the poppy and you sort of mashing up well I'm gonna get a hot America coming make it piece of birthday cake with a regular and this is like I said all the cod not on the bottom almond almond milk and I dissolve a mixture of flour just turn that up okay so here's the cream cheese I'm going to literally spread cream cheese all on the bottom that's going to be the first layer and I'll tell you how I got this idea there is a very famous future shop in Venice Beach California called added habit and I think they have one in Santa Monica and they had what they called the salad pizza that I had all in order every week I was a convicted to it Lou Narita pizza will cost you like $35 I mean it was insane but what I loved was they always had this thin layer of cream cheese right on them and it's just this and again this is made out of on so this is non-dairy cheese pie Johnson makes this in the United States you can pretty much time in anywhere but you can also use the cashew cheese when I taught you guys how to make or the pesto you know when I make this I like to use the more creamy cheese and I don't know how they get their cheesy his cream like I literally went nuts where as long as ever and I just never again that's the address so that's what we have on there okay I just want to mix it though I like everything sort of like charred a little bit okay so I'm gonna wait until you think that pizza thing out of the oven before I little pieces of the lady's sausage and if you're an American you can get only came up to me I trade show and they were like Milady's here comes right off are they and they were like yep so I'm here over and introduce myself to the owner of the lake and I said hi I'm killing the bustle she said you're paleo and I said yeah it's just a week and then I told her about my tour this is what I was sort enough when you come to our house and stay my daughter's paleo she's 16 sure I went to their house three times I love them actually consider myself a part of the family um they're young starter lives I had SMA which means she was one drug she she's already defied the odds she's amazing her spirit is just I just never met anyone like Liza and I can tell you that she's the person that inspires me like everyone has that one person that like me need their inspirational fix life is not 18 so my inspiration for the last several years has been coming from 15 16 17 not 18 year old who has had a surgery for every year she's been born graduated the valedictorian of her high school got accepted to a olih marry now up in LA so we're gonna get the hang out or she comes to cry mother's recipe so what's in your cork water salt red pepper black pepper and that's it so like I was saying for people that maybe work to a salon early I'm making this pizza with a cappella ohms crust but you could also notice sausages links but genera you can buy a sausage some and reads them some not you can also just use sausage we're ground meat or anything that you can sort of spread out as the basic pizza crust as summer new roommates more than anything because I am such an issue the thing I love about blue eggs is it's one easier likewise every package not like that I just love that about them so I'm just going to take two of these out and I'm gonna cut them so you can go to the natural grocers you know whatever is easier I just placed an order with them direct this morning at like 3 o'clock this house you put the end the tray in and eat up with the element so now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna put this pizza crust right on here okay and then I'm going to take the mushrooms and onions and put that I have this recipe now it's a little different than what I'm doing because like I said it's my eggs okay so my but my roots back there are starting to bubble and become more like a preserve rather than looking like pieces just put it right on the pizza again if you don't want sausage don't put sausage I like sausage on the pizza and then we're going to cut up some peaches and put that on there now of course this is not the kind of pizza that you're picking up you know what I mean this is loaded loaded so you cut yourself a piece is needing fruits and alternative ways and salads you can open things like that there's so much fun you know so then your fruit isn't just about and if you can use it to make food more exciting so again normally I think this was big but today we're going to use peaches because my figs with eight things I didn't read packaging all the way I'm learning my are lessons I love like it to be a student on my own like okay I think I'm going to use that much all right just rinse my hands okay so I'll show you what this looks like I put salt and pepper in the mushrooms so this is hot so I'm not gonna add it to the top of the pizza no I like this several meals you can kind of see what it looks like doesn't look yummy so I'm going to put this in the oven and let's see what it says about 13 to 18 minutes so I'm gonna say 15 minutes and I have to set a timer because with me chatting I'll forget 15 all right let me get this thing out of there okay now chia pudding okay so what's in here I'll show you you can see this is just some frozen berries and I'm just adding on the heat sort of a medium heat I'm going to add a little coconut sugar and again I'm not really going to take out a measure I'm just going to eye it up but I do have these recipes with a little bits very low glycemic work I'd say it's probably about but the standard American diet I remember them I need the chia pudding I calling the event a debate ceremony from what I had put in it which is pretty common okay I'm also going to put just a little bit of lemon in there and again this is an organic lemon that's Gigantor makes me nervous makes me wonder if this so I'm gonna just put that in there just a little bit of lemon okay let that sort of cook off just simmer up um the reason why I picked this was actually what we did last week I think this is like breakfast lunch and dinner really you know you could these are all the meals because you can have this pizza for lunch I mean get out for dinner - so here's what she according looks like when it's all done and I made a batch ahead of time so that you can see you know I'm gonna add some cinnamon just throw a whole thing cinnamon in there and get some cinnamon and teasing chanting is so easy to make and when I was on tour kids loved making it I'll tell you I guess so if kids want to make mom a dessert it could be or not even a dessert it could be breakfast with me wherever you want because sheís - these are a superfood so there's so much good is the little chia seed that any time of day like if they won't have a for breakfast they can have for breakfast that's how I work out so what we do is chia seeds are super high in omega threes and just kind of amazing so I do everything in a mason jar now you can join the blender you can do it in a nutribullet you could there's an immersion blender or a regular blender you could do it however you want but I like to it in here and put the lid on a person when kids are doing it and I'm using any tools but then I have them just shake it up and dance around so it's kind of fun because they gets danced around and it just becomes fun so I'm thinking you know getting your kids involved in the kitchen there's always a good lunch so this is coconut milk and it's organic so I'm just gonna take everything that's in here and stick it right in this takes no time so a berceuse water filter I'm going to add water again I have this recipe now you can make just the basic champ winning which is what I do and then it's the top it's that big fish so I have dressed a piece for some that it's like rice pudding you can also count nips in it cacao powder right in here chocolate or you could just put shape what I used to fill my cooking class chia-chia putting flour so I made the basic chia pudding and then I have my little operations and then let people just sort with their toppings on dynamite all right so that's 1/2 a cup of chia seeds in this whole thing be warned just last night I didn't I'm still cleaning up chia seeds this one I'm going to do this over my sink again I'm just going to pour them right in here but let me tell you I'm supporting them in you want to mix them up because they clump so that's why a lot of people like in surround the dancer and shape around they love that actually I think my recipe has been one of the line items dance you know want to get directions to dance ok now I'm going to add vanilla yes and my sweetener sort of this one has no sweetener I would keep that here this one I'm going to bring with me I'm liquidates therapy and normally I would put cinnamon but I ran out of I do it this and it's thick so I could shade date syrup is one of my favorite I substitute dates their approach all this every recipe so I'm going to add now the date syrup is going to make the chia pudding a different color I always look at just a little extra room to add more water because it gets too thick you want it more creamy then you have when you consider the dates that have already changing the color I told you I didn't put any date stars in there so this is how you make chain put I mean couldn't be any easier it's ridiculous okay so many put the similar trick now let's say you're doing oh my god this is the preserve smell so now you know thinking kids potentially are making this they're helping you in the kitchen which is what I'm trying to inspire you all to think about I like the idea too and a little peanut butter and jelly and a little nut butter and jelly because all K not all kids are those kids you're like okay I'll do that and really you're going to give it to them f or like breakfast I'm gonna do my thing I wouldn't be upset at all it's like peanut butter and jelly so what we're gonna do is because who doesn't like whipped cream I put this in the refrigerator last night so actually several months ago so what I'm going to do is I'm going to scoop off the top that's kind of hard and put it in i hand-picked you like one of these like I wish I should take pictures with my kitchen looks like after I see there's just like myself um okay I don't really have guys so I'm going to take this is really hard that's what you want for it to get hard I'm gonna take that and just put that hard stuff normally that it would be in a bowl because I'm going to mix this up but I don't have the bowl I have asleep super huge now there is water in here I'm going to keep that aside because depending on the thickness I want this to be like a whipped cream and again you can add whatever you know honey or maple syrup a date syrup girl and I usually for my own is I make everything without sweetener and then I just drizzle the syrup on top okay I'm going to take out my little $5 mixer hand mixer so weird maybe go to the pharmacy living room okay so one second under the whip this up just the water because you can see that whipped pretty easily you know and I can tell you that before they had like me not positive plant-based creamers I would just do this every week and I would say keep it in the refrigerator and just take a scoop and put that in my coffee you know just because it's like a it's like a heavy cream on those creamy you know I don't know why sometimes I so I always just save what's left and that water until I clip it up and really see what okay so I'm going to show you this is my okay so Colleen sadness it's just like crack - butter and what's in here I think it was me and Colleen we're just like eating it out of the jar at one point oh it's almond almond coconut sugar maca cinnamon vanilla and envelope so I just thought you know quarantine mom maybe CBD nut butter thank you what mom needs I can tell you my CBD juices increase greatly and this bee loves flux know same $20 a jar and I'm going to just make this sort of chia pudding desserts you can sue yup it's me love's okay so here's what now again you'll see like you see the little like white lumps that is chunks of coconut milk and I like that because it's like creamy but if you put it in a blender you wouldn't get this or any mixer I like it now we look I like lumpy mashed potatoes so this is like lumpy but you can do it any way you want so just so you know they're different coconut oil different coconut milks have different textures there's also something that kind of weirds me out they're not really sure I'm such a mess I'm not really sure why it has to be that way I think they were all just beginning but they're not okay put some lip cream just add a little you know you can get his fancy and then this is amazing because you know normally enough at the oil separation is even more you have this because of all the CD being so I'm going to sort of do like a little drizzle just try and make feel special I love eating that right that's what I've been doing I've actually been making my own cannabis oil economy okay and this is pretty much done and I'll just save this you can use this you know you could do this with peaches you can do it with anything hard for me to show you but basically what I did was I started to work on how we solve that problem um basically the chia pudding the whipped cream a little CBD nut butter on top and then the look amazing and you can see that the sausage because it was cut those little pieces cook easily and are just perfect just perfect so now when you certain this pizza believe it or not I just think arugula and this is what makes it like a hole in you and put it where you're on top and again you're not going to pick this up like a normal piece of pizza so you're gonna actually be you know there's a night before and then I just because I want all this fat I'm gonna do a quick drizzle olive oil there's a ton of fat in there because of the sausage and a little sprinkle of salt because I only had salt in the onions mushrooms there you go so I would cut just like a regular I have this of course my friends at the palace with me up my Capella's cutter it's like a hole everything everything that you need you have nuts mushrooms onions ground me through I mean been talking about that thing with dr. Rose you know last week so we would have one two three four five six like seven you know then you count salt and pepper eight nine you know nine different things just in this little plane and that's you know that's kind of what you're striving towards have a lot of variety and then I think because my preserves are still hot I could have made them cold I could have made them at ahead of time but I gotta tell you I'm you know put together as best I can and then we'll dessert so no lunch will breakfast a little over again super easy this I'll put in a smaller mason jar or maybe because I'm ready and I put a lid on but this is stay like this like I said you can just put this right well probably I won't stay like this cuz I'll bring in to my friends um just put a doll bringing a coffee delicious and I couldn't I put the whole cinnamon stick but you could have if you wanted shaved a cinnamon stick right on there whatever you know make it a kind of fancy you can even do that so it whatever really floats your boat and that's that's pretty much I think what we have here today this is kind of an easy one .
