Paleo Sweet & Sour Chicken

.

Video Description:

In this video, I make a delicious paleo sweet and sour chicken. It requires a little bit of work, but the end result is totally worth it.

Recipe:

You can make this dish a lot easier by merely not coating the chicken. This will save in time and make the recipe quite a bit healthier. The downside is that you won’t end up with lovely crispy chicken.

One of the best things about this dish is how well it is the next day. You can quickly reheat it in either a frypan or microwave. Both will work just fine, but the frypan is the way to go if you don’t like using microwaves.

This dish is great by itself, but if you are looking for something to go with it, then you should try coconut rice. It’s super easy to make, and the end result is incredibly tasty.

If you need a list of ingredients for this paleo-friendly sweet and sour chicken, then you can find all you need to know right below.

440g (15 ½ Oz) can Pineapple Pieces with unsweetened juice (Don’t drain)
1 onion, quartered
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp tomato Paste
2 Tbsp coconut Aminos
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
500g (1.5 lb) chicken thigh, cubed
2 eggs
1 cup tapioca starch
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Coconut aminos are pretty important, so if you're able to pick it up, you will be glad you did. It's just a soy alternative since soy sauce is not allowed on the paleo diet.

You might think this dish is a bit light in vegetables if this the case, then feel free to add more. There are quite a few different vegetables you can add, such as carrots, bok choy, and much more.

That’s all I really have to say for this paleo sweet and sour chicken recipe. I really hope that it works out to be as great as it was for me. If you have some tips, suggestions or something else that you would like to mention, then please don’t hesitate to leave a comment below.

What is the Paleo Diet?

hi guys this is Kate from Kate updates I wanted to spend some time talking about how I eat which is paleo I get questions a lot about what exactly is the Paleo diet what's involved what isn't and what are the benefits so I wanted to address some of those questions all wrapped up into what is paleo so paleo is a way of eating that um it involves not eating refined foods foods that are highly processed and sticking to lean meats vegetables fruits and healthy oils so things like coconut fish oil some seeds olive oil things like that are all good you avoid gluten and dairy and things that are hard for your body to process so examples of things that are on the Paleo diet would be fruits vegetables lean meats seafood nuts and seeds and then healthy fats which I mentioned before things you avoid are of course dairy and gluten processed foods and uh beans of any kind starches and alcohol for the most part i will say that i do not really avoid alcohol i do have it sometimes but overall you're just trying to keep things out of your body that are hard for your body to process and that can lead to making yourself sick paleo is something that people pursue when they want to fix their it's got autoimmune benefits that have been proven which is the reason why I started looking into it some of the health benefits or just overall benefits you can get from paleo one stable blood sugar you can burn more stored fat its anti-inflammatory clears your skin and helps your teeth it reduces allergies for me I found that I was a little bit allergic to dairy before I started this and then once I completely cut dairy out now if I have dairy on occasions I found that I am really allergic to dairy some people it's more gluten for me it's Terry but it can reduce your allergies and eliminate those it can really aid in digestion I've benefited from that it can balance your energy throughout the day so you're not feeling those fluxes of it's 2pm and I'm dragging and I just want to take a nap when you're eating paleo you feel more energy throughout your entire day you sleep better it can help with your workouts I run better there's also a lot of things that are more technical that you could look into to find out about health benefits of diabetes and things like that a resource for that would be robb wolf calm he talks about on the benefits of eating paleo but basically that's what it is it's a way of eating it's a way of living you're just being more conscious of what you put into your body and voiding high-fructose corn syrup and additives things you look at the labels and there's like 20 ingredients in something and you can't pronounce half of them you want to avoid that kind of stuff so the reason I like the Paleo diet one it's helping my digestion digestion immensely energy overall I just feel so much better I don't have to count calories I don't have to worry about points I don't have to feel you know I have to debate over whether I eat that cookie or not because I just don't eat the cookie I eat healthy things in the cookie so like an example for me of replacing ingredients would be using honey instead of refined sugar or maple syrup things that are just easier on your body so that's paleo some cookbooks if you want to kind of look at that more this book practical paleo goes over a lot of digestive problems it has 30 day meal plan so that's something for you to look into also I mean you can just google what is paleo and find a bunch of resources but i'll be talking more about whole 30 in my next video and how you can benefit and really jumpstart your Paleo experience by doing the whole 30 but that's it for today I hope I gave you a better understanding of what paleo is and I'll talk to you soon thanks .

How to cook cabbage vegetable soup. Paleo and gluten free.

today we're going to be making vegetable cabbage soup and you can add beef to this if you want which I do but my girlfriend doesn't eat beef so I make a vegetarian and make a beef on the side this is just something I made up this whole recipe so here's what you're going to need one head of cabbage garlic carrots I don't really have measurements i'll just do whatever there's some carrots ask some Yukon yellow potatoes I like to use yellow onions poblano peppers some roma tomatoes I like to use butter always use grass-fed butter you can use whatever you want you can use olive oil whatever I like to taste the butter and I like grass-fed butter I said it's better for you if that's true but whatever salt beef broth some tomato juice here we have time which is a key ingredient crushed red pepper and some parsley so got some butter in the pan I keep this on like a medium to high sort of heat as medium about that much butter it's a big old chunk of it everything I make try to do healthy stuff I like to work out a lot and eat right now you might be looking at this big pool of melted butter and think I can I'm a complete dumbass for saying that but this is going to feed me and my girlfriend for a whole week it'll Bart probably about 14 or 15 bowls where the soup so it's not a whole lot of butter per serving when you break it down like that then we like to eat everything pretty natural so here comes you give those a nice stir you let those sweat down nice and caramelize there so as you can see these onions are cooking for a few minutes now getting nice and soft in that butter so now I'm gonna add in the garlic I love garlic so use a shitload of it this is probably I don't even know like 12 cloves all right so we got the onions and garlic cooking here the next ingredient I'm gonna add in is some carrots now I don't like a whole ton of carrots in my soup I like carrots with just too much overwhelms the flavor in my opinion I usually get it in there to where it looks about like that right so that onion carrot and garlic has been cooking down nicely so what I have next is the poblano pepper and you can use whatever kind of pepper you want here he's a bell pepper you don't even have to use pepper if you don't want but poblano peppers are my favorite and nary there's about two pretty small poblano peppers finely chopped just stir that in the mixture there all right next I'm gonna add in the chopper roma tomatoes a little deranged so stir this up all right so bottle that cooking here time to add in the potatoes I use these nice beautiful yellow Yukon potatoes I would definitely recommend those you can use what I always say you use whatever you want you could use red potatoes but these are the best kind of a nice like little bite-sized potions so now I'm going to do them a stir these bad boys in there put some yellow green red orange okay now here's the part I pretty much got most of the stuff chopped up here now what I'm going to do crank up the heat on high I'm to start at NEX more add in this tomato juice now and add the rest of this beef broth stir it up so now this is all heating up when i add in the star of the show the cabbage you can see it some of you might not know how to cut a cabbage not to fear I'm going to show you how a real quick right here get it in there cut that bugger off and what I do now like I said I'm not a professional chef I just kind of taught myself all this cut it in the force I kind of find this little knob of right here and I kind of scoop cut it out like that throw that in the group garbage and then I just kind of cut it in this kind of fashion cabbage cabbage is really good for you low in carbohydrates high in fiber and then I kind of the way I wanted to go into the soup is kind of like these long little skinny strands like this so that's generally how I try to cut it and appear like a ridiculous amount of cabbage first but once it cooks down he comes out nicely so here comes that in there all this cabbage is going to bring the temperature down I'm going to stir this up making a mess Oh okay so it's been about five minutes or so and as you can see this cow that just cooked down a little bit now as I move my spoon through this I can see that it's pretty damn thick a little thicker than I'd like it to be so all I'm going to do here is add about eight ounces of water boy full them is going to add this in and I find that it's always safe to add two little than too much so to start with eight and if I need more I can add more so now that I got that in them a stir it so now I like the way my spoons of it through this a lot more already so now I'm going to add my spices this is the key to making this tastes good mersing the add salt and I'm just gonna kind of no no put that much in there whatever that is kind of kind of add these to your liking I like stuff salty next time a crushed red pepper you can add black pepper if you want I just prefer crust red I'm just going to add about that much my girlfriend and I like stuff spicy so about that much we'll stir that in this is a secret the key is time and with this I kind of just eyeball it it's pretty strong so you want to be careful not to put too much but hey like a chunk like that and kind of sprinkle it over see kind of looks like that on top cry out a little bit more about half that amount this time there you go sprinkle it in and that's probably about good for that even though it's my favorite ingredient in there I've definitely done this before put too much time in and kind of ruined it some Italian parsley dried parsley if you had fresh parsley be even better but I don't that just takes up too much time I do about the same amount of parsley about half as much as time put in there stir it up I almost forgot I'm an idiot this has been sitting here the whole time and I totally forgot can of diced tomatoes go ahead and add that in I just added it in as you can see i'm going to reduce the heat now to a medium low and i'm going to let that simmer for an hour this is the most important part you got to let it simmer for an hour but all those flavors come together like i said you want an hour and you want to give it a stir every 10 or 15 minutes just like this this is going to be really good in our ito when I stir just let it go for an hour so I'm going to turn the camera off now for an hour all right so it's been about an hour as you can see everything is done here soup looks amazing nice and thick and just hearty and delicious paleo gluten-free healthy soup super cheap super easy you can do whatever version of it you want hope you enjoy have a wonderful wonderful day .

This is my own recipe for cabbage/vegetable/tomato soup. It's paleo, and gluten free. I think its vegetarian unless you consider beef broth not to be vegetarian. The beef is optional and delicious if you choose to use it.

"How To" Anchor Your Board, Brah! - Paleo Nick

guys its how to Tuesday and right now I'm going to show you how to anchor your cutting board all right the number one fault that I find when I go to cook with people is that they're cutting boards are sliding all around when they're cutting right and the ones that have the grippy little feet are nice but as soon as water comes into place again the board is is sliding around so what we're gonna do take our sanitizer bucket here with our solution we learned last week right we're gonna dampen a cloth not too wet fold it a couple times here just like that boom okay good you go nice and solid and the key with this is you don't want any ratty edges from your towels hanging out over the edge of your board that's why I folded that one this one will be fine if we I'm gonna do it again boom boom just like that boom look at this look at this okay not move it anchor your cutting boards this has been how to Tuesday paleo Nick and we'll see you next week .

Video Description:

How do you become a Culinary Ninja?

One Tuesday at a time.

Today, I show you the one fault that I see most often. I mean, sure, I don't often see a homemade bleach solution in people's kitchens, but I have seen an attempt with bleach cleaners and the like. However, anchoring down a cutting board is something I never see.

How to cut an Onion

welcome back to paleo Nick calm i'm viviane Nick and I'm going to show you how cotton onions I get a lot of requests on my site for how to Zoar show me what your pantry looks like or how to stock your kitchen so we're going to start a series with with some how to's this one goes out to Robin and a lighting to people who are looking to learn how to cut onion so Robin noticed in two different videos of mine that the onions were being cut differently so I'm just going to give you a quick run-through with the onion we have the root side and then the side that shoots up through the ground up to the sky towards the Sun right because the Sun draws it out so I'm just going to cut the the sky end off and then we're going to cut right through the center of the root end just like that and you can see how it all stays attached by the root down here so on one of them we'll start with the right way to do it just going to peel off the woody outer layer and on that always err on the side of peeling one extra layer because this stuff when you cook it it won't break down it's really woody it will always stay that way okay once we get inside then you can things will break down as we cook so from here we're going to do I think we'll call this one a 10 for onion we're going to cut across it ten times one two three four five six seven eight nine nine it's going to be a nine four oven onion nine crop nine across and then we will cut it into four sections going up and then I'll take three cuts there so it is actually a ten for onion if you think about right because we have nine cuts now these ten sections we have three cuts that leaves four sections okay I'm going to shave these guys off to the side and then we'll cut across the face one two three four five so once I get about here where I where the onions are not ITAT or haven't been cut yet I'll just check that push these aside and then on this one I'll just cut across maybe three and then cut across like this and then just come straight down here and maybe this is one more so boom there okay so when you go to culinary school Wow you this is how they'll teach it right the proper way gives the most uniform dice and I'd say this is this is probably a small dice right here okay so I'm just going to push this to the side and then show you the quicker version so we have the top already cut off of this half we're going to cut the top off the other half that makes peeling easier so and we'll go here I'm just going to cut across one two three four five and then here one kind of add a little bit of an angle one two three four okay so if we take a look there may be a little less uniform maybe also a little bit bigger but not a huge difference okay and that's why this one takes a little bit more time a little bit more skill with a knife this one's just faster cuts both ends off cut it in half peel it and you can get right through it so there we are how to cut an onion robin a Lyday here you have it proper purist way to do it here kind of a hacks version here not a big difference do what works for you eat a lot of onions they're good for you they're paleo and I'm paleo Nick thanks for watching and don't forget to keep it paleo .

Video Description:

I love onions! Caramelized, rings, whole roasted, raw, you name it. If you think about it, the onion is often involved in our first exposure to a microscope when we look closely at the cells of onion skin. Garlic, of the same Allium species, is good for warding off vampires and kisses. I used to run a beer battered onion ring vendor booth and my hands smelled like garlic for most of my high school days.

Paleo Carrot Cake Recipe

if you've been following me for a while you know that I have been a fan of baking with almond flour for several years now in today's recipe I am putting my favorite flower to work and using it to bake a carrot cake this gluten-free cake is sweetened naturally with coconut sugar raisins fresh pineapple chunks and of course carrots to finish it off I frosted it with my homemade maple cream cheese frosting and sprinkled it with some chopped walnuts if here's someone who is following a paleo diet the carrot cake itself is dairy grain and a refined sugar cream in terms of the topping in this video I use my maple cream cheese frosting but if you want you can get the recipe for a paleo friendly vegan cream cheese frosting on my blog foolproof living calm now that we got that out of the way let's start baking start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease an 8 or 9 inch cake pan with coconut oil and line it with parchment paper peel 2 large carrots and grate them using the smallest hole of a box grater we'll need about 6 ounces of creative carrots for this recipe once it's ready just set it aside I think chunks of pineapple of our is such a classic addition to a carrot cake so I will die some fresh pineapple to edit to the batter later however this is an optional ingredient so feel free to under than if you like moving on to the dry ingredients in a large bowl place one-and-a-half cups of almond flour 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseed 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 3/4 of a teaspoon of salt half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon half a teaspoon of ground ginger and a half a teaspoon of cardamom and give it a good whisk in a separate bowl place 3 large eggs 1/4 cup of coconut oil 1/2 a cup plus 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar a teaspoon of freshly squeezed orange juice and a half a teaspoon of vanilla extract whisk until it is silky smooth and emulsified egged wetting readings into the dry ones and mix until it is just combined finally add in the grated carrots diced pineapple if you're using a quarter cup of chopped walnuts 1/4 cup of shredded unsweetened coconut and 1/4 cup of raisins and pull them into the batter transfer the batter to the prepared pan and gently smooth the top with a spatula bake for one hour for an 8-inch pan and 50 to 55 minutes for a nine-inch cake pan when it is fully baked place on a wire rack and let it cool for about 10 minutes then loosen the edges with a knife and remove it from the pan to cool completely meanwhile make the cream cheese frosting in a bowl place 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter that is at room temperature and a half a cup of cream cheese using a handheld mixer beat on medium-high speed until it is smooth scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in 3 tablespoons of maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon of salt and the squeeze of oranges that is about a teaspoon beat it until it is nice and fluffy you may have to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times just to ensure even mixing and finally now it's time to frost the cake spoon dollops of maple cream cheese frosting over the cake and spread it evenly on top I personally like to cover just the top part but you can spread it over the edges if you prefer you can leave it as it is or do what I do and sprinkle it with chopped walnuts a handful of shredded carrots and some dried fruit for some additional color there you have a friends and easy to make on the flour carrot cake that is naturally set sweetened grain dairy and gluten free you can find the full recipe on my blog Cooper Fleming calm and if you're like me enjoy baking with almond flour be sure to check out all the other ones I have on the blog I have over 17 almond flour recipes that are indeed foolproof if you end up making this cake be sure to tag me on instagram so that I can see your creations until next time thanks for watching .

How to Do V-Ups + Mistakes & Variations

start by sitting on the ground with legs lengthened out in front of hips then lay down on your back stretching arms back behind shoulders keeping your back flat contract your core then lift your arm head neck and shoulders off the ground while also lifting up your legs to crunch with your abs your legs should lift to form around a 45 degree angle and arms just stretch towards your feet then continue to repeat the same lowering and lifting sequence when lowering legs and arms back down to the ground between the crunch it's easy to let your muscles relax which can cause your back to arch try to keep your back and core tight throughout the entire move maintaining constant stabilization a common mistake is to move too fast by using momentum during the lift in the crunch VF should be a slow and controlled as possible by going slower with more concentration on form you'll use more muscles in your core and be able to go deeper into your transverse abdominus for maximum benefit and strengthening back and core be sure to keep your hips even during the lift and not Peter off to one side maintaining balance helps to keep the focus of the exercise and the abdominal scales see it can be made easier by keeping your legs on the ground having your lower body stable and grounded you can strengthen the muscles in your core and still perform the exercise by lifting up arms head neck and shoulders upwards until you're ready to lift up your legs scales by alternating legs this move will be a little less intense begin the V up in the same way you would the regular version but when lifting up head neck and shoulders only bring one leg up towards your middle like crunching lower arms and legs back down to the floor then repeat the list with the other leg continue to move with each leg separately lifting and lowering advanced after listing arms up toward seats hold the crunch and Paul's hands forward maintaining a tight core continue deep breath in and out while reaching towards toes and maintain a strong back without rounding your spine this will challenge your lower abdominal muscles and balance you .

How to Make Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon (Whole30, Paleo, GF) LIVE From My Kitchen! | Nom Nom Paleo

hey guys it's michelle cam with nom nom paleo and it's Wednesday so come on live show you how to cook something today I'm cooking a recipe from blogs my cauliflower chicken fried rice which is a tasty whole very friendly low-carb version of your favorite takeout chicken fried rice and I actually don't think there's a big difference sometimes all in the children Cohen and I'm the children they are like Omar but really I think it's a pretty good pass for rice and I actually like it cuz I don't get all I don't feel all weighed down afterwards and so today just like every Wednesday Ali's in front of the camera helping me out Owen is manning the camera and who will be reading questions out whatever you guys have some guys have any questions while we're cooking this dish just hop on and make a comment to say hello Angelina our operations manager is behind the scenes typing answers to all your questions so lover this is a very easy question so the only thing the original recipe that on the nom nom Gala blog and the iOS app it is not totally a whole dirty because I use um green peas in it and I think technically it's not whole sorry friendly but the way to make it whole thirty family is I actually got some French free beans you can get regular green beans or snap peas and then you just cut them up really small like this and it's a perfect substitute and this will make it pull through because all the other seasonings are whole 30 we use my pop from stir-fry sauce as the sauce so it's hole 30 compliance and so the first thing that we're gonna do is we're going to scramble eggs because one of the ways that we like really um fried rice has always been a leftover makeover and so you know Chinese mom's and grandmas Napoleon's used it as a way to stretch whatever leftovers they have so there's always the leftover rice and then normally whatever leftover protein or some vegetables and it's all seasoned elicit a flavorful but a lot of times they don't have enough meat to kind of make it a full meal so you always supplement it with scrambled eggs so what I do is I have three eggs in here and then had a little bit of fish sauce which is my way of making families taste really yummy and in fact all I eat scrambled eggs every day and I always season them with fish sauce and if I don't be doin fish sauce and I just your salt huh Wow Wow good job ollie so everybody's saying that your hair looks really pretty today cuz narrow down which is something that my parents are down here you've done I have to go get my hair colored okay so I have Frank in here I'm gonna put in some high well I'm kind of my preferred cooking oil for eating food because there's no flavor and a good fatty acid profile and it has high smoke point I don't really like my eggs super super hard scrambled for you know cauliflower five eighths or fried rice some people even will make their fried rice and then push you know it all over and then crack the eggs in there and you can do that sometimes I do that when I'm trying to like I don't want to dirty like another container because usually when you're making fried rice you don't make it exactly to the recipe right it's just mostly improvisational I I did I did write up this recipe because people are like how did you do it and I'm like it always changes it all depends on whatever left everybody happy he didn't know that nice yeah yeah that's why I finally like maybe keep a breakfast every day it's fast healthy and super so if your pan is not super dirty many videos like if the egg is really sticking you can kind of wipe it out Oh excellent why did you do I'm going so I have here about a pound or 3/4 pounds of chicken thighs you can also use chicken breasts that I've diced up into like a quarter inch dice you can also totally use cooked protein if it is put protein then you don't need to see that because it's you know supposedly already seasoned when you originally made it and you would add it at the end just and heat it up but because this is raw we are gonna have to cook this but we're not gonna cook it just yet all I'm doing is I just added a little bit of salt and just a smidge a little bit keep it from sticking to each other well you know what I need to get I need to get some sesame oil in the fridge you go get me some Holly should be in the door set a little it's like a little bread change so if you're making far grace with real race would you use day-old race for sure you should definitely use a old refrigerated right yes number one that has resistant starch to it which is better for it helps feed your gut and it doesn't stick together so it's always best to not use fresh rice okay trying to see if I doing anything different in this recipe no look it's that toasted sesame oil wait so I'm eating it up i seasoned the chicken with a little bit of salt and a little bit of oil which I will throw in after I throw in I can't I need to fix camera sorry we're all right yeah I'm gonna sprinkle a little bit softer they just make even a little bit sure I'm not too crazy not worth incorporating there's nobody can find to put this new oil yeah I don't know if we have any where see this is Oliver pal cooking show Wow and find everything you like shoved your arm way in there in the door if you cut them small and uniform you generally take a few minutes to kind of get them a little bit soft and I throw in grand is a hard vegetables to cook together okay like a carrot I don't really like them to be super crunchy in this I like them to be a kind of tender and if you wanted to make it easy you can just get the pre chopped frozen peas and carrots and you just saw it before you so could you use a plastic no I'll find things like in you know baked goods you can't eat regular eggs but I wouldn't just eat it just to eat it like if you can't eat eggs in fried rice you add more protein like from like more chicken like you know you don't have a black thing um also could you tell us what brands of pans that you have I don't know the exact ran but it's on the link that Angelina will put up and but I like the only way that I'm use the Sun gears because it works on the induction cooktop it's okay I don't know that it's my favorite pan ever I have some other band they like better but if I'm demoing it for you guys here is what everyone if you have raw chicken if you have cooked chicken and throw it in again so um someone asked or actually a lot of people this question when using sesame oil do you always keep it in the fridge you just cook this until the chicken is no longer pink but again if you already have two protein you don't need to worry about this part it's already cooked you just so someone said that cauliflower rice tastes bitter to them is that something that they're doing or is that just something that can happen I mean that's it shouldn't and a lot of people have said that they've tricked their veggie hating family members until liking it like though say hey is this fried rice and then they're like okay I'm gonna buy it which I'm not I'm not quite convinced but that is what people tell me and maybe some of you guys can jump in and say if that's true so and the reason why I'm not wrong in the cauliflower in here is because you know you there's no room so um are you using chicken legs or chicken thighs and usually you'd make fried rice in like a bigger pan right lieutenant like most people don't have like dying at 12 inch or 14 inch I even if I got a 12 inch I probably would still take it off cause it's not it's just a small thing yeah lego star you guys I mean guy is part of the chicken leg I mean you can buy chicken legs but then you have a lot of self adrene for yourself to do that kind of wrap and mulch like cubes so it's easier for something bit if you have boneless skinless chicken thighs they're gonna skinles
s chicken breast personally I don't like chicken breast a bit and fried rice like this where it's cooked really fast and doesn't get it you know overcooked and dried I don't mind it um so somebody um okay so I have a pound of rice flour you can use fresh or frozen if you know frozen we do it straight from the freezer you don't buy it and you kind of cook it off until all of the excess moisture it's kind of a creative bit you can also use the fresh stuff so someone says that they see that you're using a frying pan instead of a walk so is it worth it to purchase a walk it doesn't make a difference or just a good quality frying pan is fine I have never know that's not true we had a wok station in our kitchen that was slipping everybody previous owners we lived there 10 years and I never used it like exactly very complicated thing like you have to season your wok it isn't not that complicated but for me it was just too much work to figure out how to even but even my mom Jesus a walk sometimes yes she has a walk yeah yeah yes yeah use it don't they at her house fine I see we're doing this thing okay oh great all he made a face a little bit they just do it my way I want to make you that I'm fine the way I do it and someone said walk gait and that is what this is we're officially at war I don't know how to use that or maybe it's just walk station and not just like all clad like European yeah I mean that counts that know that not know it's not a one if it's called Oh walk then it's so walk okay uh someone says am i correct by saying that this would be low-carb using white ready but you know my offer mr. McConnell fired like for this recipe I am using a quarter packages four tablespoons so the whole cards for that is 14 grams of carbs for the whole dish the 14 divided for about 3 grams great um let's see someone says how do you keep it from getting mushy and I gave from the recipe on blogs cuz I use them dice French green beans or instead of you know you know 30 days and then you figure out what you tolerate and that is the really sweet okay so I see even from getting super bitchy by taking off the pepper and then just kind of prying it open I'm gonna put a quarter cup of all-purpose trip I thought I know you guys thought it was like a bottle of it they dont sell it anymore but being sold as a whole food on the west coast and the Rocky Mountain region but it was only a one-time thing and so I ordered it myself and I bought all of these you can leave yourself the recipe is on the blood in our you know are everywhere all right so I'm going to stir this around you want this to get absorbed into the cauliflower Wow so it's actually okay to have it's a little bit al dente before you add the all-purpose stir-fry sauce you all prefer summarize if you make it the way I tell you - yes 4:35 okay so this is the point I'm gonna add these green beans because they probably do need to get cooked a little bit these mother I don't care if they're crunchy like a carrot I don't love it they're printing here a little bit you can see that most of the liquid has already been absorbed right that's when I'm pushing it away you can see that it's just a little bit on the side that's pretty quick the other ingredients back in and it's okay put in here I put it all in and yeah it'll get all soggy you in you know kind of cook off any extra liquid but it just seems good I don't know and it's imagine people are just wage I mean obviously I shouldn't say that because I am very picky about my food taste but sometimes I think people use the whole excuse that something's not perfect and that's why they won't do it and that's not how you should poke cook it you just you just practice practice practice and then eventually you'll get better at it just like every other you can't just you know think that you're gonna just do it one time it happen alright so and once you put it in like the eggs and the chicken I don't I turn off the heat because the eggs are already cooked chickens already cooked you just kind of want to make sure everything is hot this is the point when you would taste the seasoning a little bit toasted sesame oil and um what is the shelf life of this in the fridge for leftovers yes yes you can add a little bit of fish sauce you can add some salt whatever just try it make sure and because tested sesame oil is very empowering I always do it very slowly on to my spatula so that if I accidentally add too much throwing into think alright um someone asked if you would change the recipe at all if you had trip sure I think so or for um both I mean you would just you cook it really quickly just like this raw chicken yeah you'd add a little bit of salt you might not even need to add salt and you strip on its own and actually pretty salty just cuz it's like you know been in salt water its whole life but you would cook it and then set it aside and then you throw it back in at the end and it I bet it would taste delicious alright see home with that that was a really fast rate and so the only thing the only advice I've asked you guys if you're making this at home is to do like I did and prep it ahead of time so if everything is prepped and ready you can just go boom boom boom and then fry it all together but if you're like chopping and frying like things will burn they'll be fresh grated they'll be a big mess how we made this on Facebook life because I feel like we have let's see it's very high a popular the way that I used to find ices kidding whether I buy oh yes that is good it's like the Japanese thing right where they yeah yeah so but it is a very Chinese American thing like how is it see even my feet then okay all right so here is the final dish I take if I write even faster if you have leftover protein like leftover roast chicken or steak or anything kalua pig makes an excellent fried rice there are lots of fried rice variations on my site kimchi fried rice I have an Asian aisle I prouder of my rice with bacon and then this one right here that's it thanks for tuning in and we will be back next week hi guys .

Paleo Diet - 30 Days Challenge , No Sugar, No Dairy, No Processed Food , Oh My!

there goes the breath day 1 certain the Paleo diet review outlaw calm new videos every Thursday at 3 p.m. subscribe today well just gonna go through by quick grocery list we've got some eggs zucchini peppers tomatoes apples lettuce mushrooms fish I get some salmon and swordfish some beef fillet got some ham turkey chicken breast green beans sausage this is a handmade we got carrots strawberries some sweet potatoes pineapple and some tomatoes so some different stuff so we'll see how long that lasts but this is pretty much we're gonna be eating no grains no dairy no cheese which is really tough I'm gonna have coffee that's kind of an exception also bananas there I'm still gonna have coffee and also whey protein and have that just for getting some some muscle mass as well so besides that though no dairy no cheese no grains no pasta no bread so we shall see what happens that's a big one so I weighed 175 which I'm not really too worried about the weight I'm looking at more the lower the body fat percentage gained one pound since last time right now saying 19.2% potty package and I'd like to get that down a lot so here we have a paleo dinner you can see no starches it's been a couple hours and I'm missing bread already so we have breakfast here omelette which is not that much different than my normal breakfast but the only difference would be no cheese and normally I have a glass of milk which I'm not having to have like water coffee maybe some tea those are my choices so still breakfast it's not that bad though for paleo but I'm day 2 and I'm definitely missing missing my breads cheese and cheese so day 2 on paleo a little snack here some carrots just ruin a ziploc bag get much on those I want to be refrigerated and just keeping the car and stuff like I said we get hungry I could just keep eating and then I just got my bottled way I'm gonna head to the gym and just a little whey protein in the bottom here add some water shake it up and then that's my drink besides that pretty much just heaven water coffee and tea for the drinks which is pretty much what I normally have anyway that's not that much of a difference I might have some pre done protein like the core protein drink or something like that but besides that I'm gonna cut that out just do the water way and so like that alright guys so instead of some real milk which I usually have my breakfast again some coconut milk here give that a try and you got some kobato we are on day four and really want some snacks so i get some metal stuff here from paleo stuff from Amazon get some ketchup this is a whole box of different snacks called the good grocery and this should be all there we go friendly so it's good to double check but you should be good actually this area their paleo banana muffins for breakfast he's actually I like I try these these are pretty good and so that's I would get by snacking this was supposed to miss one right now so it's lunchtime I got some Buffalo Wild Wings grilled chicken tenders no fries just some this right here but of course my work so we have some delicious cookies that are just sitting here that I cannot eat but I would definitely eat these cookies and cupcakes if I was not on paleo right now so little willpower but it's killing me inside doing the Paleo diet paleo is people start to really crave like the pancakes and the bread try do brownies last night not so good it but one of the things is not bad that we did was it's butch Blin it's a pineal pancake mix is the Syrah blend in there's coconut butter and what you did is I loaded it with blueberries and I think it's a very it's a very good stock to a breakfast Nick it can get you over that cringe of like I just can't do this Paleo diet so I think it's very good there's no sugar added nothing here those are the brands we used and give it a try so we've got the Paleo lunch here chicken bacon nice little salad I'm not that bad too relapse looks delicious forget the simple Mills artisan bread mix and that's these guys here I'll have some avocado butter and we got some butternut squash and some cheese just got a paleo breakfast here eggs ham and then these our almond flour with banana muffins yeah awesome me wait definitely notice the first couple days are pretty rough just felt sluggish tired but then you know three four days in feel pretty good I think this sugar was the biggest thing that the drop off you know so 18.8 how do you that percentage that actually better so that's good so it's hopefully that audio twenty five percenters keep dropping cool I would say one of the hardest parts about this diet is if you're out traveling if you're on a trip that we were in a ski lodge at this point and trying to find food that hit the Paleo Ted we liked was pretty tough unless you go pretty much vegetarian we were able to find some bananas and Sam and things like that but I mean it probably was a hundred percent paleo as close as Bailey as we could find and then here we made some buffalo sauce and kind of chicken fingers but with almond powder and things like that instead whatever day this is on paleo this is a homemade chili I made it all from all from scratches nothing it's all paleo there's no sugars definitely like that came out really good these are teeny little crackers so it's they're made almond flour and all seeds stuff that there's no sugar in those either it actually makes a very good meal tonight we're having paleo so this is spaghetti squash baked it I take it out with fog and it's real chicken tenderloins in both homemade sauces so there's no sugars or anything and it's totally paleo so i'm paleo one of the hardest things for me is lunch usually I would just have some cereal too quick easy fast but one pin you can have milk or cereal so what I get going on here instead they get some paleo bread sandwich bread this is green free that's like mainly like kind of like nuts and it takes a while to tell it isn't really toast like normal bread obviously because there's no wheat in it and I got some pepperoni this is a handmade from the deli so doesn't have any preservatives in it and have some ham and then we got some carrots blueberries and some avocado oil butter and then a banana I'm still hungry so that's pretty much what I'm doing for lunch today sometimes old husband fish and different things like that so we are past the halfway point past a two week mark can't wait to this the over but we got some ham eggs no cheese and this is paleo bread which is like almond flour and things like that this is cashew milk definite no like real milk so we have here this is spaghetti squash make half and then you put sausage in it and you scrape along the sides and you make a little bit like pasta there's all vegetable with Italian sausage so this is the last paleo breakfast got pancake waffle here is paleo so y'all looking forward to some carbs in some gluten tomorrow alright so again this is the last day of the challenge here step on the scale Steve changed so body fat nothing went down this is great would have liked to gone down more yeah but it definitely went down so 30 days it's not bad for three days you so this is the first official breakfast after the diet we got some red coffee real clean and I did that during sugar I just loved it hey share the video that subscribe button and don't forget to hit that Bell icon next to subscribe so you get a notification and videos come out finally you leave me a comment and logos really appreciate it everything else .

So this was a tough one for me but once i start a challenge i like to see it threw for better or worse.
the Paleo Diet is a diet based on the types of foods presumed to have been eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit, and excluding dairy or grain products and processed food.
That being said it's not bad when you are at home, but when you are traveling and want to go out to eat at a restaurant it's not to easy to do.

The Biggest Mistakes You're Making with a Paleo Diet

hey what's up everybody surprise I'm here a bit earlier today hey what's going on Don paleo I saw it some familiar names pop up there hey tasted paleo what's going on Rayna what's up everyone in case you don't know who i am i realized i did a very poor job of introducing myself especially for new folks who are listening my name is steph Gaudreau and i run the website stupid easy paleo calm let me find my details here they are I'm good my topic has you curious call it out yeah we're talking about mistakes today so my site stupid easy paleo calm good afternoon version 01 nice to see you and also my books their shameless plug it's like Amazon Prime day today so you can get actually my cookbook today this this one in the flesh for like eleven dollars it's a half price crazy I won't waste too much time talking about my book but I'm so glad some of you are joining me today those of you who came on a bit earlier than normal thank you so much for the heart if you want to get the video put hey Bonnie what's going on nice to see you i know you're gluten-free right money um ya posted that is totally Bonnie's idea and you should go follow her she has so many great ideas for periscope um if you're missing or you haven't seen my other periscopes you can go to youtube and get my videos on the playlist youtube.com slash stupid easy paleo and i'm uploading stuff they're like daily yeah so oh hey what's up nina i'm so stoked that you're here nina all the way from the czech republic my friend she's amazing um what's got ya screen grab that's totally ambani ism screengrab take a screenshot click click um so yeah so i am i'm so excited some of you were give me about how to start doing paleo since that's what i do i have a paleo website and i'll give you a little backstory on me so i knows is really itchy today sorry if i keep itching um but some backstory on me so i started eating paleo in january of 2010 and started my website in 2011 although i was blogging recipes far before that and in 2013 decided to leave my job as a high school teacher to pursue owning my own business and that involved taking stupid easy paleo to the world and making this idea of eating a real food gluten-free diet something that even normal people could handle and so that's the idea behind stupid easy paleo is that eating well shouldn't be over complicated hey Everett what's going on but in that space of time so just a little bit on my kind of experience I am a certified holistic nutrition practitioner and in in college way back in the day I studied human physiology so biology / human physiology so I'm look super interested in how things affect the human body how things work how nutrition plays a role in our overall health and that's really the philosophy that I take with stupid easy paleo so I come from a very pragmatic or practical point of view and you're going to hear in today's periscope the biggest mistake you're making with a paleo diet you're going to hear some of my practical or pragmatic side come out but that's really what I'm interested in doing is giving people the practical tools to make this stuff work thanks for all the hearts I guess I'm touching a really good nerve here so too much I'm not sure what too much fat is referring to um so the biggest mistake you're making with a paleo diet let's back up just one second and talk about what paleo is paleo is a way of eating I try not to call it a diet per se because it's just not one of those like we're going to do the crash diet for a week and try to lose weight in the Paleo diet there's too much fat I disagree it's how you it's how you actually implement the concepts but in a paleo diet the idea is to avoid foods with gluten to avoid most grains to avoid soy to avoid in many cases dairy and to focus on meat seafood and eggs vegetables and fruits and healthy fats there's a lot of argument about what paleo means in the world today and yes a the Paleo diet as coined by dr. Loren Cordain is very very strict so when people hear of the word paleo they oftentimes think of that very very strict way of doing things so the biggest mistake you're making with a paleo diet is not doing a 30-day elimination diet or protocol when you start eating paleo so I'll repeat that the biggest mistake you're not making or sorry the biggest mistake you are making with a paleo diet is not doing a 30-day elimination protocol to find out what foods really do work for your body and not whether without Vegas's I don't buy into the 30 day or sorry I don't buy into the paleo cupcake sort of thing I wrote a I I wrote a blog post a couple years ago called why paleo Donuts suck and when you google paleo Donuts that's one of the things that comes up anyway yeah so doing a 30-day elimination protocol or a 30-day I don't care what you call it challenge or a whole 30 or something like that's outlined in the paleo solution by robb wolf you need to do 30 days at least thanks candy you need to do it 30 days at least where you remove certain foods that may or may not be problematic for you and take them out of your diet and then reintroduce them yeah time control challenge is so good so the reason I bring this up is a lot of people don't end up finding ya Tommy that's exactly right don't end up find out don't end up finding out what works well for their body and what doesn't work well for their body and so they start paleo and they think okay I have this really strict yes and no set of rules and I'm just going to keep following that forever because yes and no rules or you know this idea of binary zeros and ones gives us a very strict rigid thing to follow and at the beginning that can really help when you're first trying to say like wrap your brain around this idea of taking gluten and grains and dairy out of your diet but for a lot of people we end up missing the larger point and to just be very dogmatic about okay well this is paleo and that's not paleo in the long term can actually be I think detrimental to a lot of folks because we never really learned what foods work well for our bodies and what foods don't and we're all very different so I'll give you an example my husband is has been eating paleo since about 2007 2008 yeah and that's such a great point Tonya our bodies change in you know we always have to keep kind of adjusting things so my husband's been paleo for a really long time and he was always eating you know foods that were on the the yes list for paleo diet and avoiding foods on kind of the no list and through this time he had a very new he would get an eczema reaction on his skin like on his elbows and around his eyes and he could never really figure it out and he was like like I've taken all these foods out of my diet what's going on so through some experimentation he learned that it's actually certain foods that are well accepted you know and considered extremely healthy even certain fruits and vegetables that gives him this eczema reaction and we've narrowed it down to a histamine intolerance so he has a histamine intolerance and that means foods that are normally considered extremely healthy for a lot of people even things like bone broth or chicken stock fermented foods like sauerkraut avocados spinach um it's so it's so popular it so vague it's really not Phil I can't pursue the rest of your name the Paleo diet is it has some ground rules and if you want to be very strict about it you can find something like the Paleo diet calm and that has a very very strict list but the idea is to overtime find out what works well with your body and what does not work very well so anyway this the point of the whole story was he finally narrowed it down and he can now manage his histamine intolerance pretty well and that was a very important lesson for him to learn I've done a couple of wall I've done three or four different eliminations from my diet where I took foods out for 30 days and then reintroduce them over the past the course of like five years or so and I keep learning about myself so even though I'm a nutritionist and I run paleo website the whole point is were still all a work in progress so a couple of different books that you can use for elimination protocols would be at the paleo solution by robb wolf I already mentioned that one he he actually wrote the foreword of my cookbook so he's a he's got a really good kind of solid elimination protocol in his book the paleo solution and the other one that I highly recommend is it starts with food and I actually have we gave away our cut we lent out our copy of the paleo solution so it's not actually here in my house that's my quick paleo library there but the other one is it starts with food by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig they have a program called whole30 I've done it myself a few times it's the program that allowed me to actually get rid of sugar and to kick sugar for good like I don't have the sugar cravings I used to it used to be crazy three copies of it yeah we have some copies as we lend them out in our little lending library so I really really recommend the whole 30 as a way to eliminate or take certain foods out of your diet and then reintroduce them and see what happens in learn about yourself and take that data and move forward and say you know what hey like this food doesn't really bother me so I'm going to increase in include it back in my diet or on the other hand like hey this food really doesnt sit well with me you know that sort of stuff so I've never tried the 21 DSD so i can't speak personally about that particular one yeah kicking sugar can be so so tough but to be very honest the whole 30 is the thing that allowed me to finally break free of that sugar cycle so it does work or at least it worked for me and it worked really really well and it it is it's something I continue to to work on and I know the foods that trigger me so I learned that trader joes dried mango is something I should avoid because it just like I'll eat the whole bag do I suggest you implement a 30-day strict paleo diet every year um I don't think you need to put yourself on a schedule per se but if you're still struggling with foods or you haven't really drilled down and figured things out you may need to do it every once in a while the the danger I think with some of these challenges and so on and so forth is a lot of times people use them as a means of external control and this is of course very individual but for some folks they're like well I can't stay on the wagon unless oh thank you very much tanning fat kid I love it if I can't stay on the wagon unless I have these rules and one of the reasons is because folks kind of missed the part where they reflect on what this particular challenge whatever the challenge might be has actually taught them about themselves and that self-reflection part and that connection is incredibly important because again like I'm a very pragmatic person things you'll see in my site or on my site and in my book are really pragmatic it's like what's the practical way to approach nutrition I don't approach paleo as a historical reenactment I don't think that's even a fair thing to do because we're not we're not living in Paleolithic times we're living in modern times but we do know how certain foods affect the body physiologically and even for some people psychologically you may have a really unhealthy relationship with certain foods and so that's the needs to be taken into account if you're really going to make your diet you know aka the foods that you choose to eat on a daily basis really work for you so there's a there's a lot there that you have to do with learning what works best for your body and so that is the biggest mistake that people are making with a paleo diet is never taking the time to really learn which foods are working best for them and which foods even perhaps that are on the typical paleo list need to be avoided I work a lot with athletes as as most of you know and so I'm always talking about making sure you're getting adequate carbohydrate intake for example one of the things about paleo that people tend to assume is that it's extremely low carb and that's the only way to do it and that's just frankly not the case so a lot of my athletes are eating white potatoes or eating sweet potatoes or eating plantains or eating all sorts of yummy delicious kind of veggie and fruit based carbs and even in some cases white rice as a starch for a post workout so it really is up to the individual person do I ever eat white rice if so how often occasionally I do I try to eat it post-workout it's not very nutrient dense so it's not going to make up the majority of the carbs in my diet but sometimes if we're running you know we're running behind and it's the option that I have around sometimes I'll eat white rice I've tested it in and out of my diet and for me it works fine it doesn't bother me but for some other people it may not work well if they're dealing with some metabolic regulation issues like their blood sugar regulation their insulin sensitivity isn't quite where it needs to be so again you've got to do that personal experimentation to find out what's going to work in what's not going to work so remember those two books it starts at food take a screenshot get this stuff on amazon today if you have pride it's like all on sale it starts with food the other one is assisted the paleo solution by robb wolf and yeah does anybody have questions about really general like paleo elimination diet sort of stuff let me know I'll hang on here for a couple more minutes yes several books today oh yeah I remember you asked me about which books you should pick up shameless plug this is my cookbook you don't have to be an athlete but if you have performance goals where do I stand with sweeteners like honey it's not a huge part of my diet but I don't you know if I'm going to use a sweetener I use raw local honey I don't use sweeteners a lot I used them when they make sense in a recipe because recipes as as a cookbook recipe developer you have to kind of balanced flavors sometimes and you can achieve that through using dates and other types of natural sweeteners as well but I you know for me I'm not going to include a preponderance of sweetener extra added sweeteners in my diet but every once in a while when it makes sense I include that stuff and I don't get I don't sweat that sort of stuff somebody asked about calorie counting when you're going when you're starting a paleo type diet and you are coming from a very traditional standard American diet my advice is to always start by focusing on food quality and making sure that you're eating foods that are very satiating so getting enough protein including some healthy fats in your diet ketoacidosis due to ph imbalance I'll talk about that in a second so it's important that you first of all pay attention to food quality and your feelings of satiety and hunger because if you're especially trying to lose body fat you can oftentimes have some dysregulation with your hormonal or satiety signaling and it's important to get that stuff that on track it's really really important to not put stress around what you're eating so a lot of people are like okay I'm stressing out about how much i'm eating obsessing out about the number of macros on a meeting i'm stressing about the number of calories that i'm eating and adding stress as a kind of a dimension to trying to eat healthier is really really not good so for a lot of people they're like oh trying to Cal calories it can be really misleading because you could be eating a lot of very low satiety calories and at the end of the day you've fulfilled your calorie count perhaps but you're still missing out on either a balance of macronutrients or micro nutrients or you know so on and so forth so calories can't be the only way that we kind of quantify our food and so I really recommend that people start getting used to what it just feels like to eat three full meals where they feel pleasantly satiated and not like overly stuffed and you're not starving all day long that's the most important first step somebody asks about ketoacidosis um you know I am NOT a huge fan of a ketogenic protocol for most people that are just normal people looking to get healthier if you want to be in a true ketogenic State you need to test that sort of stuff and keep track of it so you know i am not a fan of a very very low carb diet for most individuals i don't know if that really answered your question but if you're including enough carbohydrate intake you shouldn't be kind of bordering on that like I call it Kido limbo where you're kind of like you're really super low carb but you're actually not using you know not actually using ketone bodies for energy and it's kind of that like a key spot where nobody really wants to be it's very very hard to actually be in ketosis I think that's probably what you were asking about not ketoacidosis is ketosis so I'm not really sure they're I don't I don't know somebody asked about paleo desserts and I if you've been around my website for a long time you know how I feel about paleo desserts and so on and so forth I think there's a lot of things that people do to try to get traffic to their their social media and to their accounts and I in their blogs and stuff and I don't feel like we should all be trying to eat a perfect diet and I think there is a time and a place for enjoying treats I don't call them sheets because cheating is a negative connotation and it makes you feel like a bad person when you say you're cheating with something there is a time and a place for treats but we we've got to get real with ourselves if we want to be overall healthier that can't make up a large part of our diet whether it's quote paleo or gluten free or low fructose or raw or whatever you want to call it dessert is dessert and if you walk around eating dessert all day even though it's got maybe like a healthier ingredient in it but it's still kind of nutrient poor you can't really ask to to get healthier on that stuff so yeah I'm not a huge fan of an in fact when you go on stupid easy paleo calm I don't have any baked goods on there there's no muffins there's no case there's no cookies sorry you know they're there is a time in a place where that sort of stuff but I don't put it out there as a component of what I do snack ideas gosh there's so many snack ideas um you can go on my site which is stupid easy paleo calm and you can find lots of good snack ideas I like stuff like Scotch eggs meatballs stuff that's portable frittatas egg muffins that sort of stuff I'm not a big fan of Slyke sweet snacks and I think if you're going to eat some snacks they should be somewhat balanced between protein carbs and fat I don't eat mostly raw food for a lot of people digesting mostly raw food is actually really difficult on their system and so it's important that it's important to know that by cooking your food you actually make a lot of the nutrients more bioavailable and not less kids on paleo I know a lot of people that do paleo with their kids in some variation or another maybe they're not a hundred percent they're just doing what they can they worry about what they can only control in their home I've had a couple of people on my site with her sorry on my podcast that have children so dr. Brighton talked about her little one Danielle and a Tony talked about how she does this with her kids and my friend Alessandra she has kids like they all talked about basically when kids are at home that's that's when they deal with the foods that they want to serve them when the kids are out of the home you know they can't control that stuff all the time so they don't put there they don't put their energy where they can't control those sorts of things up serif or go so also has a really good sort set of resources for kids so you can look up her stuff Sarah for grosso everyday paleo a paleo parents also have stuff for kids so there's all sorts of stuff out there that you can do to start getting little ones on track and if you want to include them in that sort of thing there were a lot of other questions I could I couldn't see them all because they pop up so quickly but hopefully that gave you a decent place to start thinking about things and i am going to be back tomorrow with another kind of i'm going to run a series of basically tips on how to eat paleo and so on and so forth so if you if you didn't hear me hit your question today certainly pop back up tomorrow make sure you check youtube and i'll show you that URL yeah it'll definitely be on YouTube Rana here you go take a screenshot thanks Natasha take a screen grab with your phone click and save that that's the YouTube address where you can find all of the youtube or sorry all of the periscope playbacks for that sort of stuff and make sure that you head over to my site which is stupid easy paleo calm right there I've got so many recipes and tips and articles and resources you're all very very welcome kandi I'm going to try to get on here a little bit earlier so folks that are in Europe can listen Sean thanks so much for popping by primal dish right up the road not too far from here I really appreciate all the hearts and I hope that this is helpful for you at least if you're your condon you and your may be struggling a little bit with things yeah you're welcome I'm going to try to get get on live here for my Europe people so that you all can watch and Nina and candy and everybody can get on there say hi to Z I certainly will alright I will catch you guys on the flip tomorrow see ya .
