How To Make Paleo Pancakes — Best Banana Pancake Recipe!

g'day guys were back in the raw cave and today we're making banana paleo pancakes this recipe comes from David's friend so if I stuff it up it's not my fault so this is how we make it yet two bananas two eggs and some shredded coconut that's it I know I don't even believe it this is the first time I'm making it so let's see what happens I love pancakes - two eggs and then you just got a mush so walk or a spork and we're just gonna mash banana ideally maybe we can put this in the blender next time optional same 30 minutes put it in the blender we're gonna put in some shredded coconut and some cinnamon I guess this is the best thing about cinnamon in my opinion just a teaspoon is it's gonna help balance blood Sugar's so getting less sugar into our bodies is the way to go but also if we do get sugars into our body through a banana the cinnamon is going to help balance the blood sugars or the absorption or the sugars in there I'm just gonna put a bit of coconut oil in there there you have it guys that's our paleo banana paleo pancakes pancake the blue some maple syrup all my favorites there we go if you want to put on there some decoration here we've got some blueberries and maybe some more desiccated coconut and some walnuts there you have it right just like a pancake awesome that coconut gives it a bit of a chew hold it together really nicely gluten free why not today guys Zac from raw cave calm here I'm here with a good friend of mine she's a fitness coach we're gonna make an awesome recipe today we are going to be .

VEDA #9 Amanda's Coconut Flour Paleo Pancakes

today I'm making some paleo sugar-free grain-free pancakes I'm not going to make loads of them so if you want to make more than just double this recipe all I need is two eggs which I've got in here I'm going to have a tablespoon full and a half of coconut flour and then I'm going to find them in coconut oil first of all I'm going to whisk my eggs and told us move so now that they're smooth I'm going to add a tablespoon full and half of coconut flour and mix up in a frying pan I've added a teaspoon full of coconut oil and I'm just going to turn that on to a medium heat until it melts because the coconut flour is a really absorbed my batter we've gone quite thick because I've left it slightly too long so if this happens you could just add a dribble of I'm using almond milk to keep it paleo so now I'm going to add a tablespoon full of butter and make pancakes and now the pancakes are almost cooked on the bottom I'm gonna flip them over and cook them on the other side so flip them over and I'm just cooking at the other side this recipe made six mini pancakes and this is mine and I've got it blueberries and some maple syrup and this is Dave's and he's got it with bacon and maple syrup you .
