Clean Breakfast Paleo

good morning I wanted to show you my DIY so first I'm making this Friday morning so whether or not that is something you would like to eat I don't know but this is something I'm going to do to get a vegetable with my protein for my low carb breakfast I don't know how that looks to you I'm gonna call this baba ghanoush thanks Lokar I'm just going to find other ways to enjoy the ingredients that go with spread the time okay so I'm heating my coffee here in this percolator I've had this percolator since my twins were maybe two years old I just love it it's been here with us for so long and I'm so the coffee is getting hot it's percolating so I can turn it off I'm adding some unsweetened cashew milk into my cup I've already added it and I and using this sweet cup I got from the Dollar Tree coffee tastes better when shared so I'm sharing my morning coffee with you HOT I love this pot I had to save my twins from burning themselves when they were very little oh look at my eggs it's ready it's all ready okay I need some more of this caching nope there's no I put a little in but not enough so I love non-dairy milk because the doctor told me no dairy he said I can't exercise then I have to practice clean eating and there's my egg how does that look eggs with eggplant whoo I think there's a little bit stuck Japan but I'm gonna scrape it out and add it to my I love eggplants meat on the bag I wanted to eat it but I I can't eat it with bread job I used to now okay this then is my breakfast I have added some avocados right now picados take the place of cheese for me I this is my way of getting over dairy it's adding the ripe avocados to my meals that way I don't miss the cheese and I got these some jalapeno slices from Dollar Tree few days ago had them in the fridge I'll just add some here for some spice and this is my go-to vegetable booster my it's pico de gallo well it has it is roma tomatoes yellow onions jalapeno peppers and fresh cilantro I don't know if the camera will focus for you but that's what it's got in it you might get it from Kroger in the fresh produce department so this is a Whole Foods condiment if you love Whole Foods what you like condiments this is this is a pretty good option and it's my preferred option actually you have a drink of my coffee mmm it's coffee with cashew milk it's so good it's unsweetened cashew milk because I am also avoiding sugar because of being unable to exercise due to health problems I am eating sugar free bread free dairy free very few grains of any kind really hmm hmm my breakfast is so good I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything because I'm losing weight and I'm eating really good amounts of food but it's just that it none of it is processed I use fresh cracked black pepper and some sea salt too of course the cashew milk is processed but it is non-dairy hmm all right banana is the only dessert I like to eat only fruit I like to eat I mean I don't like any acidic fruits just these sweet ripe bananas YUM this is so good I got a little bit of everything on my fork a little pico de gallo a little egg a little of my eggplant a little avocado and a little bit of jalapeno mmm so good mmm eggplant it tastes sweet because it's been cooked on the grill outside hole with the skin still on and I left the skin on and joy was ready to open it in and heat it up with my egg then I cut it open and scooped it out every Friday I cook about three chickens and a dozen hamburgers and some vegetables on the grill so we have it to eat on the weekend I think one day I want to make a video just the grill with just my grill because that is a fantastic handmade grill an old man and and his extended family build those grills in a shop here in Memphis mmm I can't stop eating this it's so good mmm and this is my non-dairy non processed cheese when the kids were little they couldn't say avocado so we told them it was green cheese when we told him it was green cheese they ate it up yesterday still we'll call it green cheese hmm hmm I need to slow down I'm gonna finish it too fast that's something I've noticed that I eat way too fast I think it's a throwback to growing up on a farm as the oldest child in a family of nine and having to hurry up in with eager meal and get on with the farm chores and for harvesting the farm crops and anytime sometimes it was tobacco in the summer raising tobacco in the summer and then when it got brown and cured didn't we'd spend the cold November and December months working to strip the tobacco and to strip the leaves off the stalks and tying them up in bundles and I think that we learned to eat fast so we could get on with our livelihood making our living and my grandfather and one of my uncle's I think all of them were they ate fast and I never remember them really sitting around and enjoying their meals they would eat and hop up and go back to work and I think it's because the farm work is so fast-paced and it is dependent on you so you eat your meal as fast as possible so you can go back to earning your living but I am no longer on the farm I no longer have to eat fast because I no longer have to get back to the harvest harvesting the crops and taking care of the animals and get everything done before it gets dark again at night it was of course something there were days when we had fun playing in the woods and stuff but that was when you were smaller and the only day we got to play other than Sunday's was it was pretty much only on Sundays that we got to go play after we got a little older and if it was a holiday like Christmas or Thanksgiving or or Good Friday or something like that we would get a day off from the farm chores but even one of those days there were certain chores we had to do like we had to feed the animals and make sure they got water and so a farmer has a very fast-paced schedule if he depends on farming for his livelihood and the whole family has to help every 20 food lives there has to contribute or they won't be successful you know it's so good I am no longer able to eat farmers food as a farm farmer farmers child we eat a lot of bread and carbs and nobody got obese some people were overweight only a very few people who had unusual health problems will become obese but most of them work hard enough that they can eat like a eat like a farmer and not not get fat but I'm not able to move like I did back then so I can't keep like I did back then I had to change it up and it's okay this is what I'm eating is so delicious mm-hmm very delicious if everyone could it tastes what I'm eating I think it wouldn't be hard to convince most people to stop eating processed food it's very good which hard to keep up mayonnaise that's my one thing but I'm working on it mmm so good still working on my coffee time for dessert my very pure unprocessed North sugar added grain free dessert mmm-hmm perfect ending to a delicious meal and this of course is my water cup from Dollar Tree my little mason jar water cup I keep it in the refrigerator so my water gets chilled that my friends is the end of my breakfast I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did thank you for watching good Easy Gluten Free Bread, Paleo Strawberry and Yogurt Blender Bread

hello everyone Joey from love le we're back for our weekly LaValley life recipe where I mean to create a delicious recipe weekly for our amazing customers so be sure to subscribe to our channel so you don't miss out today I'll be making and baking up a super easy rustic paleo strawberry and yogurt bread this bread is fluffy loaded with sweet jammy strawberries and full of gluten free and paleo ingredients with the addition of homemade yogurt the batter becomes extra creamy and gives an added tameness that makes you perfect for breakfast morning tea or afternoon tea now I have a small confession to make I've never really baked in my life but our legendary rest of the creator Bob showed me that this recipe is super easy and will be a walk in the park and it was I'm now converted it's so simple because all you need to do is place all of the ingredients in fill a valley vibe blender system and blitz it for 30 seconds into a thick batter then throw it in the oven and in just over an hour you have a beautiful warm paleo bread to enjoy so let's get baking so first up before we add all of our ingredients into the blender we want to add one and a half cups of almonds so they go straight in and what we're going to do is just quickly blitz them up just to break the almonds up a little and we're just going to do that by pulsing them perfect so that broken up now it's time to add the rest of our ingredients in goes for eggs next we're going to put half a cup of homemade yogurt you can use dairy or coconut next is a quarter of a cup of maple syrup a quarter of a cup of coconut sugar you can add more or less depending on how sweet you want it now one teaspoon of pure vanilla extract a third of a cup of melted coconut oil or butter we're going to use grass-fed butter today now goes in a quarter of a cup of tapioca flour and 1/3 of a cup of coconut flour we're going to put in one and a half teaspoons of baking powder and lastly a quarter of a teaspoon of salt so now we're going to fire the blender up it's going to take about 30 seconds turn it on select the nut feature and power it up so the last step is to put one cup of chopped up strawberries into our batter I'm just going to chop up some strawberries into little chunks you want little chunky bit like that so it'll create a really jammy strawberry texture within the bread so now we're gonna simply fold in our one cup of strawberries straight into the blender jug we're going to use a 20 centimeter baked in to make our bread today I've lined that with a piece of baking paper just so it doesn't stick straight into that goes our batter and to finish up we're gonna play some roughly cut strawberries straight on top and give them a little press in perfect so that's done we're going to put this into a fan-forced oven at around 180 degrees Celsius for around 45 to 50 minutes let's come back later and check out how it looks so that's our awesome paleo strawberry and yogurt bread straight out of the oven place it on a cooling rack for around 10 or 15 minutes and it's ready to serve have a cup of tea and relax you won't regret it if there is a recipe you'd like to see us make in the lavallee kitchen please let us know in the comment section below we'd love to hear from you and if you've enjoyed this recipe please give us a like thanks for watching and we'll see you next week for our next love le life recipe so we reckon pretty good what is that you just did that's amore sorry far knock yourself out oh that's pretty good Bob's has done it again though oh I broke she's a kitchen genius children she's a kike Whisperer oh .

Garlic & Arugula Grass-fed Burgers on Paleo Bread

hey everybody I'm in the mood for some burgers and I am going to mix up a nice blend of some grass fed ground beef with some baby arugula for a nice bite this is dan from primal for life using some julienne bakery products here we got paleo bread that's going to be surrounding our awesome burgers it's gluten-free no grains no soy and they come in several flavors now plus they are low carb just one neck Harper slice the almond bread happens to have just 60 Cal's per slice with some fiber in there to keep your fuller longer and I'm basically going to mix up a pound of some grass fed ground beef with two cloves of garlic and some baby arugula it's going to have a nice bite to it I really am a arugula fan and we're going to grill it up with some quantum pink salt and black pepper as well I'm going to toss some in there and let's see when it's done we're going to have some fresh onion slices and tomato slices as well and we'll see what I dig out of the fridge to top this with usually on a mustard fan or a Dijon mustard fan sometimes I like ketchup we try to buy organic stuff or make our own every once in a while and I know Rachel recently made a avocado ranch dressing which might be really nice to combine into this as well so we shall see but my grill is warming up and I am ready to mix this up by hand alright so once you form your patties just throw it on the grill on you I'll usually do hi but I've been leaning towards cooking less high just to not burn it as much and you know slow cooking at its finest so we have four slices of paleo bread right there I got to coconut to almond and I have the grill turned off right under them so this is kind of indirect cooking and we're going to just cook these up flip flip and serve now don't those look good oh yeah they do so few minutes in I flipped them and we're going to give them just a couple more minutes I like mine medium-rare and a low bread is just about done as well I actually put it on low just to finish it off and you know if you're liking your meats medium rare or rare that doesn't give the bread enough time sometimes if you're going to go completely indirect to cook on the grill so just keep that in mind if you're toasting it at the same time as a well done steak or well-done burger obviously the bread is going to have more time and just in case you're wondering why paleo bread it's the only bread that I can eat that allows me to keep feeling good it's got that one net car per slice so I can have a few slices and not worry i'm gonna overload on carbs for the day has no starch has no dairy and it just tastes great so if you want to keep feeling good and enjoy a slice or two of bread that taste great and doesn't load you up with carbs and all that other stuff like GMOs gluten soy etc etc hey Leo bread is the bread for you okay I need to make this quick because these burgers look absolutely phenomenal and I cannot wait to dig in so I've taught this with a primal avocado dill dressing that Rachel through together and I will include that in the write-up so if you want to make that go right ahead but i'm sure the arugula burgers on their own will work just fine with just about anything that you want to top these with you know like I said before I mustard so some great relish you even throw sauerkraut catch up anything we'll just work so make sure you go to Julian bakery calm / paleo grab some of the paleo bread we got both of the original flavors out here and there's two other great ones to choose from so check them out online or in their La Jolla or oceanside locations in california and i hope you enjoy this meal this is dan from primal for life .
