Paleo Tomato Egg Breakfast On Paleo Bread












good morning everybody this is damn it I leave em time of your life yeah and we're going to be making a breakfast sandwich this morning so we're going to start off with the one and only Julianne bakeries paleo bread this stuff is tasty and it's gluten-free and sky tree starts free does it have G we three dozen of GMOs yeah no way Jose it's got fiber which keeps you fuller longer it has only one carb low calorie and believe it's dairy-free yes dairy-free as well this is the stuff so we're going to throw two of these in our toaster oven we're going to get some eggs cooking and a nice thick slice of tomato with some sauerkraut for some added probiotics right there and some anti-inflammatories from the garlic okay so let's get this cooking up and we'll be right back ok so our paleo brand is all done nice and crispy turn off my burner eggs are done with likes slivered garlic and let's see how do I want to top this I'm going to put the camera down okay so thank you thanks for the spoon okay we're gonna throw let me do the egg first I'll do this yeah a little bit let's do it tomato second and I already salt and peppered it uh-huh using only the finest sea salt going your sea salt sauerkraut the love my sauerkraut super healthy for you just like the paleo bread just like the tomato and just like the locally raised eggs maybe I'll throw a little one just for a little there we go that's cool then want to over so and we'll get some of these little garlic chunks I'm going to leave it off just for the photo so let me put them down at the camera there we go so we have a paleo bread coconut flavor sandwich with two eggs sauerkraut tomato and one clove of garlic some salt and pepper and that's it we have a super healthy breakfast very easy to make and as we stated before low carb high in fiber now GMOs no dairy no gluten and no soy so this is phenomenal for breakfast and I'm gonna dig in and I'm sure Ali's going to want to bite so we will see you soon make sure you order up your bread from Julian bakery calm / paleo and check out all their other fine products that will keep you full happy and healthy all right folks have a great day this is dan rival for life you .

Paleo Cinnamon Raisin Bread (Gluten Free & Grain Free) // + Skinny Fat to Fit












hello hello folks now I apologize in advance for all the obnoxious noise in the background I have got every appliance known to mankind Andre now I've got the washer the dryer right beside the dishwasher right beside my fridge and I've got our toaster oven on preheating for the cinnamon raisin bread that I am going to show you how to make but I really had to film today's video because one I don't have a video of today and two I really want to show you this recreation of a cinnamon raisin bread that I recently had a gluten-free one this one it was delicious but it had a bunch of grains in it so I'd like to make a paleo version so this is my first time making the bread I really hope it turns out if it does I'll post the video if it doesn't well you'll never see this so obviously if you're seeing this right now it turned out really good so without further ado I will show you the recipe now if you like the video please pop it eight thumbs up because it really helps support my channel and subscribe because I post new videos every Sunday so I posted one of those ask me anything questions on Instagram and I said I would answer the question in my next YouTube video so that's what I'm doing one of the questions was as an 18 year old female how do you go from being skinny fat to being morn shape and more fit think that was along the lines of the questions that was my first time doing it so I didn't realize that the questions disappear after 24 hours and I couldn't see it anymore dammit so two things I would do is number one switch to a Whole Foods diet and make sure you're getting enough proteins and healthy fats so eating foods mainly like how they come out of the ground so vegetables fruits nuts seeds and quality meats and of course like this recipe video you know getting healthy hacks to unhealthy treats and making those more of whole food ingredients versus a bunch of processed things and then number two is lifting weights you want to to create shape and look more fit go from being skinny fat to having curves and looking fit you need muscle underneath fat and so I always say like beautiful female curves our muscles plus fat as females we just tend to hold more fat but to make that curviness look better and more fit you need some muscle tissue under there so start lifting some weights and I'm sure both of those things will help you get to your goals and if you know you hit a plateau that's when I would suggest seeking out a professional either a holistic nutritionist and/or a personal trainer like myself to help your loaf cool down quicker put it in front of a open window when it is snowing and a little cool it down faster although you don't need the snow just a cool space and that will help well alright so I've put a little bit of coconut oil on locates on the bread on the cinnamon raisin paleo bread and I'm going to give it a try it's a winner it actually seriously tastes like cinnamon raisin bread mm-hmm not too sweet nice and cinnamony but not too soon to me the raisin is just such a nice touch I am so excited for you to try it now if you try this recipe please let me know what you think you can leave a comment in the comment section below you can hit me up on Instagram my Instagram handle is just my name Danny Feinstein or yeah that's about it so let me know what you think I hope you enjoyed the video if you did pop the thumbs up and subscribe because there will be a new video next Sunday either recipe involved food involved Fitness involved or some healthy lifestyle hack so with that said I will see you next Sunday .

Paleo Nut Free Bread












hi it's Kelly and welcome back to my channel me more TV if you're new to my channel I make lots of videos on paleo beauty and lifestyle so make sure you subscribe and please click on the notification bell so you don't miss out on any videos in today's video I'm making a pea nut free bread I'm really excited about this because if you live up a your lifestyle you'll know that the majority of recipes that you do include nuts so if you have a nut allergy or you just don't like the taste of nuts well this one is for you so for this recipe you need 3/4 of a cup of coconut flour 1/2 a cup of olive oil 2 tablespoons of honey I use organic honey a teaspoon of baking soda and gluten-free baking soda and half a teaspoon of salt I've used Himalayan pink salt you can use sea salt and 4 large eggs 1/4 of a cup of black meal or flax seed soaked in half a cup of water and needs to soak for about 10 minutes before you use it so first thing put the oven on preheat the oven to about 180 okay oven is on now I am in my new home and this is the first time I'm actually using this little oven good big one behind me but I'm just a bit scared and I'm not used to it so if something goes wrong what my folks the ovens folks so I just greased the baking tray with olive oil lots of olive oil it's ready so I just mixed all the dry ingredients there the coconut flour the sea salt with the baking powder everything is going to go into my Vitamix if you've seen any of my other pair videos you'll know how much I love my Vitamix it's but all of my banking and/or so for almost smoothies and things like that too it's great right so that's all mixed together the dry ingredients now I'm going to add all the wet ingredients apart from the flag mill that will go and right at the very end okay so all of that into my Vitamix remember always put your Vitamix on low when you first start so things like explode the black males been soaking in water I'm just going to add it make sure you add it at the very end and whiz it together again okay so that is all or done all right I'm about to put it into the baking tray that oil has run down a little bit so make sure you just mix that up again make sure it's really saturated in the sides so the load isn't stick there we go now as I said it's new home new oven so I'm really going to keep an eye on this because they might have to turn the heat down a little bit but it should take about 35 to 45 minutes hey the knife test perfect oh here we go here we go look at that that's not bad for me that's pretty good it's my paleo nut free bread do not I am so pleased with this this is the first time I've done my nut free paleo bread you know what I love about this it was so quick so you would have seen minimal ingredients quick zap in the Vitamix and the longest thing was in the oven 30 minutes go and do what you've got to do come back look at that and it's beautiful fresh out of the oven with a bit of almond butter you can put some smoked salmon you can put whatever you want on it I know this is going to be gobbled up in the minute the kids get home if mommy doesn't eat it first I hope you've enjoyed this video remember I make lots of other videos on paleo beauty and lifestyle so please subscribe and you can find me on social media at meemaw TV it's not that different to the paleo bread I make with the almond flour little sweeter taste great so for this race it fits .

Bacon Breakfast Muffin with Paleo Bread












hi paleo princess here with my little paleo baby he's having a hard day today so I thought I'd bring him into the video with me as opposed to hearing cry in the background so what I also wanted to show how easy it is to make this meal I can even do a while holding a baby so what I'm making today is a breakfast muffin out of these cupcake tins that I have I have a larger size cupcake tin because that just means more tasty goodness to have at your meal and all I did was lined it with some prosciutto I poured in some eggs about half way in each tin and then I sprinkled in some broccoli that I have I always like to try to sneak in broccoli whenever possible because I don't really like to eat it alone so I just drop the broccoli into each tin after you pour the egg in and then I'm going to bake it at 350 for about 15 minutes and that's it you can save these and warm em up the next day so for me I'm going to eat these for lunch and give the rest of them to my husband at breakfast tomorrow he's going to love it and then of course I like to help bread with my breakfast so i'm going to have julian bakeries almond paleo bread and for my husband maybe he'll put that on top of the bread and kind of have it like this it's really good that way too I hope you enjoy have a great day bye you .

How To Make Paleo Croutons Recipe w/Paleo Bread™












hey folks this is dan from prime of her life it's lunchtime we're trying to make a super healthy salad with some fish plantains croutons are bacon in the oven and a spinach and kale salad with some fermented ginger carrots so what I'm doing so I'm using this stuff right here a little spice little kick paleo powder you can get it from Julian Baker e.com tastes great you can put it on meats and fish and all sorts of stuff like that even veggies I'm trying it on bread so right in here we've got a slice of Julian bakeries paleo bread it's the almond flavor I'm pull it out so you can take a look at what I did through a little olive oil on it and some of that paleo powder and I'm baking it up I'm going to make some croutons out of that I have some plantains with cinnamon so it's a little sweet and spicy going on the ginger carrots again a little more flavor and some good probiotics good bacteria Nathan stuff and last piece of my arctic char which I picked up yesterday so we've got a whole plethora of flavors and good fats for mint fermented foods nutrients from the greens and plantains with some good cinnamon on it cinnamon is also another another benefit of that is the blood sugar stabilization just like the paleo bread cinnamon also does similar effect so cinnamon and paler bread together will work wonders all right we'll be right back once this is assembled okay so we're putting on the finishing touches on our salad here fish salad paleo croutons from Julian bakery plantains encrusted with cinnamon and some ginger carrots a little olive oil and I really like apple cider vinegar lots of health benefits with that stuff and there we have it so it's a spinach and kale arctic char salad with plantains and paleo croutons almond bread croutons works for me and I can't wait to dig in all right folks this is another Julian bakery creation brought to you by primal for life my name is Dan and you guys have a good you .

Good afternoon!!! This is Dan from Primal4Life showing you the path to Paleo, with Julian Bakery Paleo Bread™ tagging along for the ride to healthy-town. Wanting to use up the remainder of my arctic char in a tasty manner, I decided to make a salad out of it. Sweet and spicy came to mind... Recently we used Paleo Powder on a grass-fed steak, and it really enhanced the flavors of the steak! Today I wondered how I could bring it to life with this lunch. Spicy croutons! But not any croutons, these are croutons made from the healthiest stuff on the planet. Almonds! Did you know that cinnamon-glazed almonds were President Clinton's snack of choice at both the 1993 and the 1997 inaugurations? Well, if these spicy croutons were around back then I think he would have changed his preferred snack!
This salad has a quite a variety of flavors, colors and nutrients. Kale and spinach speak for themselves, but what does fermented ginger carrots have? Fermentation... Good bacteria... It's alive! We all need good bacteria, and what's in fermented foods helps us out tremendously. Our gut, our immune system, fighting off Candida, the list goes on and on. Next up are plantain slices with cinnamon. Yum! And, cinnamon helps with blood sugar stabilization, just like Paleo Bread. The lack of wheat, which can spike blood sugar more than candy, is key here folks... Do not underestimate the power of the almond (or coconut)! Finally we have olive oil, coconut oil, all good stuff that give this meal that extra flavor (and nutrition) we all want.
Ingredients:
• 1 slices of Paleo Bread™ -- Coconut or Almond

• Fish (your choice!)
• ½ Plantain
• Cinnamon to sprinkle on plantains
• Coconut oil
• Olive oil
• Paleo Powder to sprinkle on Paleo Bread™

• Handful of spinach
• Handful of kale
• 2 tablespoons fermented ginger carrots
• Salt & Pepper
• Apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1) Slice plantain and place in frying pan with coconut oil
2) Sprinkle cinnamon on plantain slices
3) Place fish in frying pan with coconut (or olive) oil, being careful to turn when ready.
4) Salt and pepper fish to your liking.
5) Insert Paleo Bread™ -- Coconut or Almond into toaster oven for 5 minutes.
6) Wash and rinse spinach and kale, place in large bowl.
7) Remove bread from toaster oven after 5 minutes, lightly coat both sides with olive oil and Paleo Powder.
8) Put bread back in toaster oven for 10 minutes to toast well.
9) Flip/check plantain slices, add more cinnamon if needed.
10) When toast, plantains and fish are complete, add them to your salad along with ginger carrots.
11) Finish salad off with salt, pepper, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

The croutons were crucial; it gave the salad a nice crunch which I haven't experienced in years. Yes, I was a croutaholic, but learned my lesson and steered clear of them for health reasons. Ingredients

165g (6oz) coconut flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
250g (9oz) butter, melted
12 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Line a loaf pan with baking paper.

2. In a large bowl combine coconut flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Make a ‘well’ in the middle of the flour.

3. Add eggs and butter in the well. Whisk to combine, but don’t stress if there are a few lumps.

4. Transfer the mixture to your prepared pan. Smooth the top.

5. Bake for 45 minutes or until the loaf is well browned and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

6. Remove from the pan and cool on a rack before eating.

Big O Bacon Burgers on Paleo Bread












hey everybody it's dan Rach from primal for life and we are making big o bacon burgers out of the nom nom paleo cookbook which you can get through Julian bakery com so these look amazing and we just cooked up our bacon sautéed the mushrooms and I'm beginning to toast my paleo bread from Julian bakery as well I got both the almond and the coconut in the toaster oven right out of the freezer and in about seven or eight minutes it's toasted to perfection and can't wait to enjoy my burgers that way they have the burgers wrapped in lettuce and a big old mushroom there but I figured hey why not we have paleo bread it's made with great ingredients it's low carb its locale and has no GMOs no gluten no grains of soy allows me to enjoy bread like I used to except without the bad side effects so we got our burgers right here cooked up in deep primal fat coconut ghee and it's a great way to keep inflammation low and put in a little extra flavor into your meal you can also use paleo butter if you wish or liquid premium coconut oil from new co whatever you decide is great and they actually call for just reusing the bacon grease but we figured we'd try something different and I'm about to grill these up we have the mushrooms the bacon a little bit of the quantum pink salt some black pepper in there and I believe that's it so we're going to get grilling and we'll finish the Paleo bread off right at the end okay so a few minutes in I flipped our burgers on the grill and I added our paleo bread and we're going to give it a few more minutes and we'll be done I like to cook mine to about a medium rare and as usual we try to get the best grass-fed local beef as possible and just as equally as important I try to get the best bread on the planet that's why I try to get paleo breath so we are going to give this just a few more minutes and we are flipping our bread try to get some nice light lines into it I don't want to chart up too much and we'll be done in a jiffy okay so here's both of our burgers on our almond and coconut paleo bread topped off with some fresh avocado hey you know me I love that avocado some fermented pickles from real pickles and some organic ketchup so doesn't need much more but you can top this however you like this tons of different ways to do that and just make sure you go to Julian bakery calm / paleo pick up some paleo bread check out the nom nom paleo cookbook in the cookbook section grab some of that quantum pink salt and also make sure you pick up some great oil for cooking like the new cold liquid premium coconut oil the paleo butter or the primal fat coconut gig either way you can't go wrong and hope you enjoy this meal this is dan and rach from panel for life a great day .

everybody this is dan from primal full life and today we're going to be making a hash brown and egg on almond paleo bread sandwich maybe open-faced sandwich you should say almond paler bread is available through Julian bakery calm / paleo it's one Nick carb high in fiber grain free dairy free GMO free it's just really tasty and there's nothing negative to it I am literally the organic machine where I had some issues with antibiotics I have leaky gut syndrome now and any time I eat something that's not fully organic even eggs from a regular store will bother me read from a regular store puts me on the couch for hours so everything I eat has to be fully organic and therefore paleo bread is the only bread that I consumed without any issues so there's a lot to be said for that so this hash was made with a cookbook that we got through Julian bakery the 500 paleo recipes right here so here's a little teaser this is the cookbook I'm not going to tell you how to make it but it's made with two ingredients turnips and onions and we made this last night I'm reheating it this morning and burning it up a little bit more and we're just going to have that with some eggs and I'm in paleo bread is toasted up so I'm going to get this nice and probably burnt just as much as the cash and we're going to put together okay so we have let me give you a little snapshot of what we have here I got the bread toast it up in here with some olive oil on it we finished the kind of burning our hash and I got to sunny side up eggs so we're going to put this together really quick now to turn the burner off got my hash which we picked up that's really 500 paleo recipes cookbook I got my eggs this looks awesome it smells amazing surprises smoke alarms then go off and there we go okay so this can be made with two slices of paleo almond bread the one the only need this cookbook to make the hash and again this can be hi Ally step off my breakfast this can be had through Julian bakery calm / paleo along with a ton of other cookbooks coconut manna paleo bread paleo chocolates coming soon lots of bars that are paleo rific so there you go Julian bakery okay enjoy this is dan from pronto for life you .

Paleo Pork Burger On Paleo Bread












hi paleo princess here and today I'm making a little lunch for myself typically when I make dinner I leaving up leftovers for my husband to bring to work with him now I am not really a leftover fan so what I like to do is save a little bit of mine eat from the night before and recreate it into something else so last night we had pork stuffed lettuce wraps and then today I use that same pork and formed it into a patty and made myself an Italian style burger so it's done with pork sausage made a new a patty and then I laid down some basil on top of Julian bakeries almond paleo bread and then the patty and then some marinara sauce a little bit more basil and I've got myself a little Italian style burger of course I have my side salad and this is a great meal for dinner or for lunch I'm having it for lunch today so let me know what you think and let me know about your interesting and creative burgers I hope you enjoy bye you .

today I'm gonna share with you one of our new food finds that we are absolutely loving in our house we tripped up on this at our local Walmart in the frozen food section and just kind of took a chance and bought one of every product of this brand of food and have absolutely loved everything that we've tried so this is a paleo brand of food and by no means are we a paleo family but we're always looking for new healthy and tasty foods to implement into our family's lifestyle so the first thing that we tried that we were super excited about was the paleo sandwich bread now the company that makes this is called base culture they started this company and they meaning women it is a woman owned company which I'm always super excited about supporting so it's a woman hound company the lady who started this company actually did a 30-day challenge with her friends to see if she could go paleo for 30 days and the end result was this amazing company base culture so all of the products are paleo they are soy free gluten-free non-gmo all the things that we're looking for were implementing healthier foods into our lifestyle Michael and I have absolutely loved having the option of bread again in our life we've gone a very long time without it we have been using this for avocado toast when we break our fast so we just put two pieces of this bread and the toaster we top it with some avocado a little bit of egg maybe a little bit of bacon it is absolutely delicious it toasts well and holds up well also I know a lot of times when you're looking for a gluten-free bread or a healthier version of bread one of the biggest complaints is that the bread does not hold up that is not the case with this bread it has been working great for us gabby loves it as well she puts a couple pieces in the after school spread some all natural peanut butter on it and she has herself a nice healthy bread option for an after-school snack so this is what a slice of bread looks like it's pretty small it's perfect for putting some avocado on it and maybe putting an easy over egg on top or maybe even smashing a hard-boiled egg on top for like a little bit of a spread so it's perfect I have to when I have my bread absolutely love it totally satisfying and then that company also makes some pretty tasty treats as well so we have also been enjoying the almond butter brownie this is super tasty I'll insert a picture of what this looks like outside of the package we cut this in four pieces and each one of us has a piece totally satisfying it'll cure a chocolate and a sweet craving for sure again in paleo lutein free soy free great option for an ugly snack and then we've also found their nutty pumpkin bread this loaf of pumpkin bread is eight servings so we just kind of slice it up in eight servings and then divvy it up it's been a great after-school snack also a great dessert idea if you have company over super easy to slice this up and serve it we have tried it just plain like this out of the package and we've also tried it with a little dollop of our coconut whipped cream awesome little treat your company will love and they won't even know that you're serving them something healthy so I've reached out to this amazing company and I let them know is gonna be sharing their products with you here in this community they were super gracious to offer all of us a 20% off discount code I will link that below in the description like I said I found ours at our local Walmart but when I went on the base culture website I noticed they have a lot more products than our local grocery store offers so I will be purchasing more products and trying them from their website directly I will be using the coupon code and saving myself the 20% and I hope you will do the same if you go in and decide to purchase some of the base culture products please reach out to me and let me know how you and your family are during them as well .

The BEST Grain Free Banana Bread (Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)








okay so two and a half cups of almond flour in here and I'm going to add in a half a teaspoon of baking soda I'm gonna add in one teaspoon of vanilla extract 1/4 of a cup of coconut oil that's been melted and I'm adding in about two tablespoons of honey you actually don't even really need to add in the honey depending on how sweet / ripe with the bananas you're using are two eggs I'm gonna crack in here and I just want to talk about the bananas so you want the bananas to be very very ripe so as you can see these are basically almost compost there so right so you need four bananas total so I put two and now and they're gonna get completely pureed and blend it into the batter and then I'm gonna save two bananas and put them in at the end just quickly blend so that you get little kind of chunks of banana throughout the bread so I blended it all together and now after it's completely mixed I'm adding in the two bananas and I'm gonna quickly blend it again just til it's gonna bit chunky this is also when you could add in 1/3 of a cup of nuts or chocolate chips okay so I'm making this into banana bread so I'm using a loaf tin but you could also make it into muffins as well if you prefer I'm just going to UM pour a little bit of coconut oil in and just wipe it all around so the batter does not stick once the breads bait so this was baking in the oven for about 45 minutes I'm halfway through I put a sheet of parchment paper over top just because the top was kind of browning quite quickly so now I'm just gonna stick a toothpick in and as you can see it comes out clean so the banana bread is done .

This is a proud daddy moment for me right about now.... My daughter, Alessia (aka -- Ali) wanted a ham egg & cheese on almond Paleo Bread™ made by Julian Bakery. Normally daddy would fire up the stove, oil up the frying pan, get the eggs going, and occasionally let Ali help out with a few of the tasks. Tonight, when asked if she could help out, I gave her the option of showing me what she was made of. And she made me very proud! This healthy meal was so simple; my four-year-old could make it almost all by herself! With Parental-Guidance of course.... 
Another thing that makes me very pleased as a parent is the fact that this meal was very nutritious. Ali is getting a low inflammation meal, fiber, Omega3's and Omega6's from the eggs and almonds, no nitrates, and of course protein. All of this information is important to me as a parent because I know my daughter is getting a nutritious meal that allows her to grow up healthy, prevent sickness, and she understands what foods matter most. In the end, I was extremely pleased with how well my daughter made this sandwich. She is learning the value of home-cooked meals, and healthy ingredients. She realizes that our bread is called Paleo Bread and comes from Julian Bakery. It's special to us because it's part of our healthy arsenal of real food. It is on the same level as us going to the Farmer's Market and Health Food stores shopping as a family for special/fresh foods and ingredients. All of this creates family time together, education on what is healthy and what is not, and apparently this creates future Chef's!!!

Sweet Potato Chicken On Paleo Bread™ Recipe








hey everybody it's dan from primal for life we're making a new sandwich today obviously we're using paleo bread I love this stuff it tastes great I don't feel like garbage after I eat it like other breads it's a non-gmo grain free gluten free the list goes on and on it's made with tons of healthy ingredients and how I feel is mostly what matters so I'm sticking with it so we're going to do a sweet potato and chicken the coconut help it into it in a dash of cinnamon as you can tell from most of my videos I use coconut quite often along with the paleo bread some of my most favorite and greens so we are going to melt some of this coconut mana right into the sweet potato and finish cooking the chicken and then we're going to throw them a sandwich we'll be right back alright the lovely Julian bakery coconut bread is all set so we're going to get that set aside we have melted or coconut mana into the sweet potato so basically just scooped it out of the jar with a pork with it right in there I've only been about two minutes and pretty sure our chicken is gone so I'm going to do turn off the burner place our chicken right on there and how am I going to do this let's see today I will go face down so it gets all over that chicken that's a beast right there and we will press it in a little bit to get some of that to come out and we're good to go I don't know if everybody's gonna think this is a prettiest thing in the world but I've had sweet potato and coconut many times it's one of my favorite things to have and I'm sure with the chicken on the bun this is going to be delicious as usual Julian bakeries bread is the only thing I recommend and i love it especially the coconut and going with this whole coconut themed it's perfect so I hope you replicate this meal and you know how it is alright I will let you know how it is first alright this is dan from primal for life with Julian bakery signing off you .

Hello there! This is Dan from Primal4Life and this afternoon I am looking for yet another tasty post-workout meal. I just burned up some calories after a decent weight-training session, and I'm looking for something scrumptious to put between some Julian Bakery's Coconut Paleo Bread. It's been a while since I have enjoyed a sweet potato, and usually I melt in some coconut manna with cinnamon. That triple whammy is one of my favorite things to eat. But since this is post-workout, we are looking for some protein as well. Let's add some chicken to this sandwich, because we can!
With my toaster oven, I broil my coconut Paleo Bread to crisp it up. Meanwhile, I microwave a sweet potato for approximately eight minutes, and at the same time a chicken breast is on the grill pan. Let's see who wins the cooking race! And... It's the sweet potato! So in order to keep it warm, I throw it on the grill pan after slicing it in half. I also make sure I keep the potato far away from the chicken, just for safety purposes. Now is the time where I add in some cinnamon and coconut manna, to allow the melting process to begin. The Paleo Bread is done shortly after, so I remove and plate the two heavenly slices of gluten-free goodness. Once the chicken is ready, I lay it to rest on a slice of bread, then take the sweet potato and mash it on top of my protein of choice, allowing its beautiful sweetness to dwarf the chicken breast. Top with your other slice of bread, and we have lift-off!

Ingredients:
• 2 slices of Paleo Bread™ -- Coconut or Almond, toasted

• Coconut oil (in pan) for frying
• 1 chicken breast
• ½ sweet potato with skin
• cinnamon to sprinkle
• 1 tablespoon coconut manna
Directions:
1) Toast Paleo Bread
2) Start heating frying pan, with dab of coconut oil
3) Start cooking chicken in pan (keep on one side to allow room for sweet potato)
4) Microwave sweet potato for 8 minutes
5) Cut potato in ½ when done and transfer to pan away from chicken
6) Add coconut manna and cinnamon to potato, allow to melt with heat
7) Remove toast from oven and transfer to plate
8) When chicken is done add to toast, then add sweet potato
9) Press firmly to mash potato on chicken
10) Top with 2nd piece of toast.

• 15 minutes

I am not sure where I originally had the idea of sweet potato with coconut, but I am thankful for that day. Do you know what else I'm thankful for? A bread that is GMO free, one that is gluten and grain free, one that has great ingredients that make it high in fiber and low in calories, and one that actually has all of this but also tastes great!!!!! Julian Bakery's Paleo Bread is what I'm referring to, and thank goodness for them!!!!!! The sandwich was perfect, I loved the coconut sweet potato mix, and the chicken and coconut bread mixed in perfectly! For a post-workout meal, it gave me the nutrients I need, without the blood sugar spike from traditional bread. Gotta love it!!!

Organic Sunfoods Superfruits On Paleo Bread








good morning everybody it's dan from primal for life and I am making a nice honey and berries on paleo bread so I have a slice of the almond paleo bed right there and a slice of the coconut toasting up in my toaster oven right out of the freezer they last almost forever in there and they're still tasty and they toast up in just minutes so paleo bread coconut has 60 calories per slice in just one net carb and the coconut is 35 calories per slice with the same net carb intake just one so we are going to toast those up put some organic one hundred percent certified raw honey it's unpasteurized unfiltered this is very very tasty stuff you can get it through julian bakery calm and fully organic since 95 we love this stuff and it's really nice to bake and cook with this stuff because you can scoop it right out and it just works well right off the spoon very smooth and soft so we're going to put some of that right on our paleo bread a little bit of cinnamon and I'm going to put some goji berries from some food superfoods on one slice and some ink and golden berries on the other both of these are absolutely delicious they're nutritious filled with antioxidants and all kinds of stuff to get rid of those female free radicals and give you a bunch of nutrition so we'll figure out what I decide to do for which berry goes on which slice and that will be toasted up just in a few minutes all right so our payload bread is all done nicely toasted and if you haven't had recently the almond bread is redone it's a nice softer texture as they put a little bit of coconut in there to make it nice and fluffy and what we're going to do here here as you can see we have the ys organic honey right here and it's so workable it's delicious smooth we put a little bit on each slice there you go I'm gonna put a little bit of cinnamon on there i love cinnamon it's great for keeping blood sugar levels stable and so is paleo bread it's also GMO free organic dairy free and available at a little bread com so we're going to go with some golden berries on the almond I figured the coconut is a little bit sweeter in my opinion and these are quite powerful if you haven't haven't we've gotta try my love I'm going to do some go geez on the coconut alright I think we're good to go and that right there is a quick meal that you can make fully organic GMO free gluten free grain free delicious nutritious and available at Julian bakery calm / paleo so make sure you check out the correlated right up that I'm going to post with this so you can get all the exact products the links the measurements and go from there I hope you enjoy it and this is dan from primal for life take care .
