Should you eat dairy on the paleo diet?












hi everybody is super Lena and today I want to talk about how easily on the chilly side I get a lot of comments and questions about that because I pull up a diet but I use a little dirty and there are a lot of different opinions on the internet okay your leaders say there is no period while others will say well it is primal sushi as long as it's high-quality skin fat dairy from what you tell you in this video is my personal opening my spirit daddy is one of those foods that have a terrible reputation everybody's healthy if you want to clear up your acne or loose weight feel better it healthier the first thing you need to remove is very and the problem with this is that there is being treated as if it's just all the same coming from same place and it is showing the shape I definitely think that low-fat dairy UHT very that comes from cows that are given grain antibiotics hormones that is very unhealthy and it's not something you should have in your diet but the dirty I want to talk about here and usually the berry that people that follow up here diet consumed is very high quality very that comes from healthy animals rats and animals and it has a completely different attritional profile may not actually have they have been actually some studies that are showing that consumption of full fat dairy is associated with low rates of obesity and diabetes which was again stored we are told that eating dairy is already buttoning food I've been telling it for the last three and a half years I can definitely tell you it is not fattening at all it is actually a an amazing source of CLA which is something that boost our overall health check anti-cancer and also helps us keep a steady weight for Argus against a platinum it's very actually very it's only fattening when it's really low quality and so when it's a low-fat dairy band that's when the problems begin but that's not that's not the journey I'm talking about today I remember when I was reading the book by Weston Price and I saw how some of these cultures had a lot of dairy in the diet so it was really high she wanted early and they made up the most like the biggest bulk of the calories and these were people that were extremely healthy another reason why I like to have during my diet is because it's a source of vitamin k2 which a lot of people are deficient in nowadays is essential for overall health I also have it's amazing source of amino acids it contains all of the essential amino acids healthy fat probiotics every super food now when it comes to having dairy I usually don't drink just milk I really stress I never drink a glass of milk I make sometimes some turmeric milk and that I have a cup of milk but for the most part I prefer ferment and dirty dirty when you have a glass of milk even though it's low fat it can be instantly regenexx and raises up your insulin and I prefer to have a low glycemic diet and so for that reason I prefer to fermented I like making takfeer yogurt I like having cheese as well so when you're having like a fear for example a lot of the lactose has been removed so collapse into energetic product I think if you are wondering why they should introduce dairy to your diet or not then the key with that is to stick to a milk that comes from high is from healthy animal and also if you can have a role is going to be much better much easier to digest and also become fermented then you're going to have extra benefit from it and again if you see a to it idea also go dirty is much easier to digest than powdery because of the structure of the milk so that's also something else to look into so my experience with dirty really has been amazing and as you have already mentioned there are different opinions online my opinion is that if it agrees with you it makes you feel good and the hunger is something to have in your diet I will experience benefits from it so I hope you enjoyed this video I would love to know what you think about it so please let me know on the comments down below and thanks for watching right .

Dairy is an area that creates a lot of confusion when it comes to the paleo diet. Some people avoid it like the plague, others only stick to butter and ghee and others like me have it as part of their diet as long as it comes from a grass-fed, healthy animal and it's free of hormones, antibiotics, stress, poor living conditions, etc.

I choose to have dairy because it contains CLA, vitamin K2, the essential amino acids, healthy fat, probiotic bacteria, vitamins and minerals. Basically, because it is a superfood.

Having dairy as part of your paleo diet is your own choice, however, if you decide to do so, it should be high quality dairy, if possible raw (although pasteurised is ok too). When fermented into kefir or yogurt it is even more nutritious, easier to digest due to the extra enzymes and probiotic bacteria and the added benefit of it being less insulinogenic. Goat dairy is also a great option since it's easier to digest.
