Drinking this Bullet proof coffee will break your fast from the night time, and it will ramp up your metabolism with caffeine and fats. Thus helps in weightloss too.
Also it gives energy for the whole day.
Main Ingredients of this coffee:
We use butter and coconut oil to make this coffee.
The Coconut oil is a Medium Chain Triglyceride oil which leads to increase in energy expenditure. Because of these quality this coffee supports weight loss for sure.

The coconut oil I use is an organic oil which gives good taste and a flavour as well.
Try to use grass fed organic Butter , the nutritional quality also increases, it contains vitamin K2 and omega 3 fatty acids.
To enhance its taste I use a few drops of vanilla essence without realizing that it has that.

Ingredients:
150 - 200 ml Coffee ( half cup decoction + half cup water)
2 Tblsp butter (30 gm)
1 Tblsp coconut oil ( 15ml)
3 drops vanilla essence
Direction:
Mix butter and coconut oil into a cup of hot coffee and mix up with a hand blender or mixie. Oil does not mix with water without some force.
So combine all three ingredients in a high-speed blender for about 20 seconds, until the drink takes on a frothy, foamy consistency.
Add few drops vanilla essence to enhance its taste.
