Reply Delete@Mikel Suzanne very interesting, this makes me look forward to doing it myself. The duration is a bit of a bummer, but I figure I would reintroduce favourite or staple foods first, so that I can build up from a healthy core diet. Thanks for sharing your experience!
Reply DeleteMy nutritionist is the paleo queen and we've had this discussion because she's given me recipes with beans and nuts. She said when you're paleo vegan the focus shifts a bit. I'm still avoiding most beans.

Reply DeleteRickster Drummer, paleo diet is based on natural unprocessed food. That is, something our ancestors would be able to hunt and gather. Tofu and soy products aren’t unprocessed.
