Reply DeleteYo, Love the videos. Lots of great info. Im 6'2'' about 230 and want to cut to about 195, My idea is that i am going to lift heavy 3X5 5 days a week along with doing boxing workouts 3 days a week, and a HIIT workout 2 days a week. is there any flaws in this?
