hi it's Michele Tamra dawn on paleo and today I'm gonna show you how to make one of my favorite morning beverages move over coffee here comes something greener pulled matcha latte I used to drink coffee all the time but it makes me super jittery so I switched to matcha which is a really awesome Japanese milled green tea and it does have a little caffeine but it also has a component in it that really helps me kind of de-stress which is what I need is a busy mom so I'm just gonna pour a cup of coconut water in here and I like to use coconut water instead of plain water it sounds it tastes better but a heaping tablespoon of collagen peptides and collagen is something that everybody should be eating because if your gut house and if your skin and all sorts of stuff so collagen peptides is a really quick way to get them in and then there's been magical matcha but a teaspoon of this in here and you do want to buy a high quality matcha but you don't necessarily have to buy the ceremonial grade the culinary grade is perfect as long as you're getting it from a good producer and then to make this creamy I just add some non-dairy creamer I put about like 2 tablespoons and then you just lift it all together and then it's all done and you can do this when you're super sleep-deprived and you just pour it over ice and enjoy my day is already gonna start off great .
