Reply DeleteAnd I like the fact that there aren’t a ton of ingredients needed
Am I have the only one who keeps failing at making tortillas for some reason everytime I try to flip mine they stick to the pan even though I use coconut oil and they always rip when I try to flip them
Reply DeleteI clean the pan over and over every time I go to make a new tortilla to try to keep the pain as clean as possible but everything still sticks
Maybe my pan just sucks
can you make these with just egg whites?
Reply DeleteDo these freeze well? Was thinking of just making a bunch and freezing them until I need them again
Reply DeleteI am trying this tomorrow! :)
Reply DeleteTried it, the tortillas fell apart ?
Reply DeleteCan I use water instead of milk? also how many calories eachTortilla ?
Reply DeleteCan you freeze them? Or how many time do they long refrigerated?
Reply DeleteThese were gross.
Reply DeleteI use the copper pan. They slide ride out. You also might need to add more flour. Try keto connects tortillas. They are delicious and easy to make
Reply Deletejust tastes like eggs
Reply Deletetrying to get the reciepe back with the Coconut flour, egg whites, crm cheese, etc. can't find it. Please.

Reply DeleteRochelle Samson it's a basic recipe learn to improvise or keep the McDonald's gut.
Reply Deletealmond flour, water and psyllium, make a dough and use a roller to form the tortilas, you will love them!! no eggs needed
Reply DeleteI've tried this recipe a couple of times and can't seem to get the consistency of the batter right. Its starts out really thick like pancake batter. And even if I thin it out a bit with more liquid the tortillas just crumble when i try to flip them. Where am I going wrong? Thank you.
Reply Deletehow much of each?
Reply DeleteThere are some tips and trick in my blog post :) hope that helps!

I was afraid of this. Have you found one that doesn't taste so eggy?
Reply DeleteAdd cheese rather than oil or butter to make them pliable but also palitable too. I prefer mozzarella over cream cheese.
Reply DeleteBrian thanks idiot. How do you improvise a whole recipe you fucking idiot?. I don’t even eat McDonald’s you fool. You’re probably a cashier there. Think before you speak.
Reply DeleteSo, "use pancakes in place of tortillas"?
Reply DeleteJust one option for tortillas if you are looking for one :)
Reply DeleteThat's wayyy to many eggs
Reply DeleteIt is what works for this recipe :)
Reply DeleteInstead of coconut flour can I use almond flour?
Reply DeleteSorry, they are not interchangable!
Reply DeleteCan't eat salt any kind of salt no sea salt no regular salt no salt at all have stage 3 kidney problems
Reply DeleteThis is a game changer!
Reply DeleteINGREDIENTS :
Reply Delete1/2 cup Coconut flour
6 large Eggs (up to 7-8, see notes)
1 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk (up to 1 1/2 cup, see notes; can also use any milk of choice - use coconut milk beverage for nut-free)
3/4 tsp Sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp Unflavored gelatin powder (optional - for more pliable, sturdy tortillas)
1/2 tsp Cumin (optional)
1/2 tsp Paprika (optional)
Very sorry to hear that. Cutting down on salt as well on my end and I add Ms Dash herbs and spices to counter the lack of salt and to add flavor. Hope this helps you.
Reply DeleteI tried them and they do not taste like eggs! They are pretty good!
