Crust:
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup avocado oil
1 clove garlic
pinch himalayan salt
2 tbsp water
Bake 400F 15 minutes
Filling:
6 eggs
1/3 cup almond milk
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup zucchini
Bake 350F another 20 minutes or until centre is set.
